Glad we only had one night here, on first impression the decor is wow, but on closer inspection all a bit shabby and tired. We had a room in the first floor but had to go through stairs and tiny corridors to get to it. Our room faced onto a little courtyard with a fountain and the window looked out...

Booked in as I was very taken with the shots I'd seen on the internet and , of course, the central location. The hotel inside and outside looks fantastic - that is until you get to your room - which will probably be shabby and smelly. On the first night our room was located at the front of the hotel,...

Location is the only positive about this hotel. The manager was rude (ex. where my sister asked if the hotel had a map of the city and was told "no" however when I was at the desk later and another individual asked, he was handed one immediately)--the other staff were friendlier but he started things on such a negative it...

Location is very close to Market Square, but location isn't everything! Manager was rude and unhelpful (wouldn't allow us to use elevator for large luggage, wouldn't provide city map, etc.) Room was small and not very clean. Bathroom was tiny. Stairs were very narrow and hard to navigate with luggage. Lots of late night noise from the street. So happy...

We stayed here for one day on our way to Paris from Amsterdam. Good thing was we just had to stay there for one day. The room we got was on 3rd floor which practically felt like on 6th floor as we had to drag our bags through the narrow staircases. We had only booked this room since it was...

Bed and bedding were cheap, the noise off the street was too loud, and the bathroom was ugly, but all that doesn't matter when you are staying at this eccentric hotel, in the middle of all the action, at such a great price. We were 3 traveling, and were lucky to find this hotel with one room that has 3...

Wow! Most ornate hotel we’ve ever seen! Moroccan motif w/ Austrian renaissance furniture, paintings and ceramics. Antique furniture throughout, even in our room. Our room overlooked the beautiful Moroccan fountain in the outside courtyard below. (Ask for room at back of hotel). The bed was kind of uncomfortable. We missed breakfast as the receptionist at check-in didn’t mention it or...

Check the pictures of this awesome hotel and you'll either love it or hate it. Everything is tiled with in arabic theme and there are lot's of paintings which would fit into Mozarts style. Completely over the top. :) Rooms are good enough, clean, staff is very friendly, location is superb (around the corner from the "Grote Markt"), beds are...

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and wanted something quite centrally located, but also a little quirky. This hotel was in a perfect location and the decore was amazing if you want to stay somewhere a little different. It was also great value for money! But everything else was a let down. There are no elevators, so if you...

I stayed at the Mozart four years ago, and found it amusing and seedy, with Obama posters on every wall. Deciding to take a walk down memory lane, I visited it again on my most recent trip to Brussels. The hotel appears to be under new management. It wasn't nearly as goofy as it used to be, and seemed cleaner,...
