Let's start with the positive. Great location. Now the rest. Tiny, dirty room, un-ironed bed linen. Curtains hanging off. Filthy bathroom. Window onto corridor so can't open. Breakfast was bizarre. Laid up like a hostel. One croissant one piece of bread one cup of juice one cup of coffee and some plastic cheese. Never ever ever again.

Stayed here about a month ago while traveling with some friends. The location is about as good as it gets, only one block away from the Grand Place, and the price is great given its proximity. The decorations, although maybe a bit tacky, were pretty interesting to look at while walking through the halls, and the beds were comfortable. There...

We stayed at Hotel Mozart for one night on our way to Leuven. We just wanted a bed for the night, close to the city so we could get something to eat and drink when we arrived late at night. The hotel could not be more centrally located, it is just one back from the main square (travellers should bear...

I am also astounded by the many bad reviews here, which I feel this hotel does not deserve . It's true that the rooms aren't huge, and that the sound-proofing between rooms can be a bit of an issue. But my room (111) was perfectly clean, no sounds from the street, the queen-sized bed was comfortable with clean sheets, no...

I am not sure why this hotel got such bad reviews. The location is great, we arrived in Brussels early and they had no problem checking us in. There was an issue with my credit card, and they had no problem letting us try again a bit later. It is right on the street, so of course it is a...

Ok I'll kept it brief. I stayed here 2 nights ago. I've never used trip advisor before but this was so bad I had to look up what other people thought & I'm not alone. This is what I found when I stayed: - Beds not made at check in & all hotel room doors ope for anyone to walk...

We only enjoy decoration of the hotel, Location was great as well. But rooms are very small and staff are dancing in their world. We made reservation because of location and decoration. Do not expect much..

After reviewing all of the negative reviews, I decided to stay here anyway given the great location -- around the corner from Grand Place and 5 minutes from Centraal Train Station. Lots of restaurants and pubs on the street and around. I had a triple room loft in the interior of the hotel. It was very roomy, clean on arrival...

The interior of this hotel looks like there had been an explosion in a tile factory. Some folk may like it but it's not my cup of tea. I feel the price I paid for a single room for 4 nights was a bit on the dear side and I dont think I will be using it again. The size...
