Don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors, the lobby and hallways which look like something out of a Moroccan discount store don't look terrible and are a bit obscure and unique in a pleasant sort of way. The interior and decor are quirky though terribly old fashioned and dated. I stayed in a triple share room for 3 nights....

Its the most quirky and interesting little hotel I've stayed at - and I've stayed at plenty hotels. Ok, the light in the room wasn't bright enough, but the upstairs beds were clean and comfy. The passages with displays were a joy. The breakfast was basic European and an experience. We weren't there for luxury at the price we paid...

Let me start by saying that there was no telefon in room. That´s simple not acceptable in a 3 stars hotel! There was almost no light in the room, not only because of its hidden position but also because the lights were just no help in the room. There were stairs inside the room, toilet and one bed at the...

After having a poor experience at another Brussels hotel (we didn't even stay the night it was so bad) we booked a room on Hotels.com and went to Hotel Mozart. The pictures make it look a little cheesy and campy, but in person its very beautiful. Upon check in, the hotel owner came by and started talking to us. We...

The only good thing was the nice heating in the room. All the rest, is not even good enough for my worst enemy: - receptionists unfriendly: they would not ever say good morning or goodbye, they had no clue on which room you were staying in and there was no possibility to have a second key for a room hosting...

I was staying at Hotel Mozart when the Brussels terror attacks happened nearby. As a lone female traveller I was quite frightened by the events however the staff were amazing and kept checking that I was ok. The manager went as far as sending me to the restaurant close by for a 3 course meal all paid for by the...

Found easily enough after arriving at North Station. Hotel is above a busy tourist street and the windows don't provide any noise insulation so expect to be kept awake till 5am if you're a light sleeper. Hotel decor is based on Mozart, with music, pictures and plants, tiles and even a small pond. I suppose it could be called a themed...

This is by far the worst experience in terms of accomodation. Not that cheap a price either. I've asked for a quiet room. I got a shoebox, conjoined with another, where there was a family with a small child that kept crying. No wifi coverage either. I refused it and got another room with the window on a hallway, so...
