Where to start....ok, for a citybreak when you spend most of your time exploring the city, and don't want to spend too much of your budget on accommodation, then this place is perfectly fine. I paid €70 for my room, for which I got: a twin room (I was travelling alone so not a problem), decent wifi - good enough...

If you are looking for a modern hotel with lifts, king size beds and attentive staff, then you probably won't like the Mozart. But if you want a cheapish hotel in a superb location with a Moorish decor that will have you taking photos every five minutes, then you will love the Mozart. Probably not for folk with mobility issues...

I would recommend this hotel to anyone having a short stay in Brussels. This hotel is in a brilliant location just steps away from the main square. We stayed at Christmas and we were so close to the Christmas markets. Breakfast was simple but no complaints. Value for money was fantastic, we stayed here for such a cheap price, cheaper...

The hotel is beautifully decorated - Everything is designed to look opulent. Check it went quickly but we received all the necessary information and there were also maps of the city available. The rooms were comfortable and much larger than expected and clean. The only downsides were the lack of minibar and sensitivity of the shower (the shower in our...

I'd have left immediately if we hadn't paid in advance for 2 nights and couldn't afford to relocate. Rude indifferent staff at check in. Just given the keys and left to get on with it. Found a lift so tiny we had to have turns. The room very dark even with lights on and a peculiar pole in the middle...

From afar the weirdly inappropriately named Hotel Mozart looks impressive and charming like a Moroccan mirage in the middle of Brussels. Look closer and you realize it is as fake and poorly made as a movie set. My room was very small, facing the street and the bed stood in the way of opening bathroom door properly, which I could...

Easy to find hotel, it was great that we arrived early and were able to leave out suitcase in the room while we went out exploring. Be aware the walls are thin and you can hear noises from other rooms. We were at the back of the building so we didn't hear any street noise. We had a small issue...

amazing staff available and friendly, always a smile even when hard working, We arrived early and they allowed us to have access to our room and drop our luggages, we left to explore the city but this small pause was not mandatory from them (check in at 2,30PM and we arrived around 11.00AM) The decoration is totally different from other...

Receptionist , no smiles, rude , did not even welcome us to the hotel. He made us feel so uncomfortable to be staying there .Even the other staff were not friendly .Firstly , when the hotel looks that way - very overtly decorated , not a conventional style, in a new city you are visiting, you truly want the hotel...

We stayed in a family room in this quirky Moroccan styled hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The decor, though maybe not to everyone's taste, was interesting and we liked it. The staff in the breakfast room and on reception were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast of a croissant, half baguette, cheese and jam was certainly adequate...
