We stayed at the Welcome Hotel over Easter Weekend. The hotel is in a very convenient location, a few blocks from Grand Place and walkable to many other tourist sites. The room was very large, comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful with information on where to eat, directions to many places of interest, metro/train stops, etc. The...

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Hotel Welcome in March. We were very much looking forward to Welcome as we had read so much about its quirky style and friendly staff. We arrived around 12:30, and even though our room wasn’t ready yet the front desk made sure that it got finished right away. While we were...

My husband and I stayed at the Welcome Hotel for six nights. We loved it. We stayed in the Egypt room, which was on the 3rd floor and had a view of the square. The room was huge. We were picked up at the airport by the owner, who also gave us one of our favorite restaurant suggestions, La Villette....

Stayed only one night with husband and the room was great. The help and directions given by front desk staff were amazing and the breakfast was the best yet. Each room, the hallways and lounge area have a travel theme that is unique and charming. Would definitely stay again but for longer.

We loved this location as it is so convienent to all of Brussels. The staff, especially Vanessa, are between wonderful and "absolutely wonderful" making us feel more at home, than when were at home! Vanessa is a prize and her knowledge of the local, restaurants, things to see and do is Tops! The rooms are incredible and unique. The food...

Visited here last summer and was very impressed. It's much more than your average hotel room. We stayed in the Bali room and it felt very luxurious - you forget you're in the middle of Europe with all the authentic ornaments and decor surrounding you. Food was ok although you need to get up early to get the hot food...

Just came back from Easter holidays in Belgium. I stayed at the Welcome (Istanbul room), which was very nice and well decorated. The staff is very helpful and recommended us excellent places to eat (don't miss the italian restaurant just in front of the hotel and a tapas bar called Comocomo, where the tapas go around in a belt just...

Our Congo room was a bit over decorated, but a great idea. Hardwood floors and a towel warmer were unexpected delights. An armoir would have been nice as there was not really any place to unpack our clothes. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel has a great location with walking distance to everything and a staff ready to...

So for the pric of a junior suite, we got THE suite, called the Silk Road. the bed was huge and the bathroom wonderful (being a bath-addict, this was heaven). All was spotless and...
