We stayed in the 'Silk Road Suite' and this was one of the best, if not best, hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Fantastic jacuzzi bath, fantastic and unique decoration........pure luxury.

I booked 3 nights at Welcome Hotel Brussels after reading the great reviews it got on Trip Advisor. I requested a standard double (for which I paid 95 Euros a night), and got the 'Istanbul' room, which is not featured (unsurprisingly) in any of the pictures on the hotel website. Possibly this is the worst room in the hotel. The...

The Welcome Hotel was great from a location, comfort and service perspective. Located across from a subway line, we were easily able to transfer from Brugge train to subway to hotel, avoiding costly taxis. We stayed in the Silk Road suite which was eclectic and extremely comfortable. Beautiful room with shutters to drown out the morning sun and street noise....

We visited several European cities during our trip and the Welcome Hotel had by far the best facilities. The rooms were spacious and clean with modern bathroom facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and contained a variety of choices. We would highly recommend this hotel. A Texan

We spent two weeks at the Welcome last May.Very centrally located, the cab from the train station had some difficulty finding the street ,no reason for this except that we noted that in Bruxelles often streets change names either after a few blocks or different sides of the street. The hotel is really great ,the staff ,led by Venessa ,...

All the reviews are true. This is a small hotel with super easy access to the subway and only like a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place. Pierre who worked on the weekend and nights was awesome with help and a good joke. We had a double standard which is their smallest room and small but we liked it....

We booked a six night stay here having read the great reviews on this website. We were not disappointed! On arrival, the nice lady at the reception even knew who we were without asking! We stayed in the Istanbul room which was fantastically decoarated. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and sets you up nicely for the forthcoming day's...

Brussels was the first stop on our month-long European vacation, and without Pierre (the Welcome Hotel's Pee Wee Herman lookalike Front Desk Man), our trip might have started like the trip from hell. First off, one of our suitcases didn't make the whole trip, so Pierre asks for the luggage claim checks, gets on the phone, calls British Air, and...

My travel companion and myself were very well taken care of at the Welcome Hotel. The front desk is manned by very efficient personnel. The first thing I was asked was, "How is your vacation?" Pierre is full of answers, suggestions, and hospitality. The other front desk personnel are no different. Each room in the hotel is decorated differently and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Situated at the heart of Brussels in the subway saint-Catherine, at 6 mn walking distance of the famous Grand Place. The hotel, at the same time atypical and welcoming, offers a real world tour because its 14 rooms with shower or balneo bath and its 2 SUITES with double Jacuzzi are decorated in the style of a different country with authentic objects brought back of the journeys of the owners, others were offered to them by customers. Rooms offer a real comfort with WiFi connection and certain air-conditioning. It is the magic place which will make you dream. ... more   less
