Very comfy room, with tea and coffee making facilities. There is a minibar in the room but with extremely overpriced bottled water. Other drinks and snacks can also be purchased at reception - where the wine isn't horrendously expensive, and was quite tasty. One other oddity of the room was the fact that the toilet is separate to the rest...

The hotel has a convenient location in the centre, just minutes away from Grand Place and 3 metro stations from EU quarter. The standard size comfortable room (European standards) has coffee machine, safe-box and fridge (with bottles of water, however not complimentary) and is very clean. The hotel has a swimming pool, although rather small and quite busy - at...

I stay at this hotel a couple of nights almost every month and it is always a very pleasant experience. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful, checking in and out is very fast. Rooms are modern and nice (higher floors are more quiet and have a better view), clean and beds are super comfortable. The...

The receptionist that attended to us when we arrived, (very late!), was attentive and polite and couldn't do enough to help us. Room and shower was very good. Breakfast was abundant! There wasn't enough time to eat everything! And it was all delicious: fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread, croissant, coffee, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, beans, mushrooms. I would highly...

You arrive at the reception desk, you start to check in - and the telephone rings, the person checking you in raises his hand to stop you speaking, and answers the phone. Rude? Yes. Necessary?? Why is the telephone more important than the person in front of you??? Very poor. Otherwise the hotel is a traditional Novotel - decent rooms,...

Very central location. Quite rooms are in the upper floors on the back side toward the old tower. Clean and modern rooms are very suitable for a business stay. Equipment and service are flawless. I was upgraded frequently to an executive room. The breakfast is tasty, and the multiple coffee machines all in good shape means you are not waiting,...

This hotel is very centrally located. The room service each day could have been better only replaced certain items from the toiletries. Gym is well equipped. Rooms are basic but nice and had a nice view from ours of an old church. Only complaint is the bed was very rocky and squeaky.

The hotel is very close to the city centre with lots of restaurants nearby. It's about 10 mins walk to the main station to go Bruges and other cities.
