We were given a huge room on the top floor, which had lovely views across Brussels. However, as a whole our experience lacked some - the room was somewhat uninviting or cosy, the air conditioning didn't work properly so the room was like a sauna during the night, coffee machine (albeit a good quality Nespresso brand) was not replenished with...

Stayed for 3 nights at Le Chatelain last week in a "superior" room - which is the basic room. The hotel is modern, though not overly so, still having traditional furniture and decor. The room was large and had a large bed either king or queen size, this was very comfortable to me, although some might find it on the...

LE CHATELAIN answers the definition of a beautiful pink coral in the middle of Brussels. It is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in, especially around Europe. The hotel stuff was very efficient and constantly tried to please and make us feel "at home". The accommodation and room-services were top level not to mention the toiletries. The food...

The room is very clean and I like its classic design. The microwave in the room also very useful for me, it help me a lot while I'm traveling during Ramadhan fasting month, especially when summer. I would like to stay here every time I travel to Brussels

To be quite honest, I was most impressed with the size of the room and in the quality and comfort of the bath robe. The bath robe was incredible. The bath products seemed a little cheap, the bed not so comfortable and let's not fool ourselves- pushing two separate twin beds together to make a king size bed doesn't make...

The hotel is great, the location is just 10 min by taxi to the Eurostar train to London. The room we were given was extremely spacious, very nicely decorated and the service was very attentive, too. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future. The only minor thing is that free wi-fi is not available...

We arrived at the hotel early afternoon, around 2pm and even though we were early for check-in, the reception staff greeted us whole-heartedly, which made us feel comfortable right away.
