I had been a guest at this property when it was run by Conrad. It was in June, 2002, and the experience was delightful. I mentioned in my reservation communication that I was returning with my husband for our tenth wedding anniversary, and he also mentioned this when we checked in to your hotel. While your staff were professional, we...

Great service, clean room and lovely breakfast. We enjoyed the time staying in Brussels. When you leave the hotel you find shops, restaurants and bars nearby and when you walk a few minutes you have a great view at Brussels

It was a great place to stay and we totally enjoyed it. The location great, minutes walking to core shopping area; the staff great, very friendly and helpful, gave good recommendation for restaurants; the room spacious even for a family with toddler running around. Highly recommended to anyone who's visiting Brussels.

We stayed there this weekend and it was truly a joy. Super friendly staff, valet parking, amazing room with a very good boxspring mattress, fantastic bathroom, fast elevators and a breakfast that rivals any other 5-star hotel I stayed in before. Your hotel made me learn to visit and appreciate Bruxelles, a city I never really liked very much. Thank...

The hotel gives a feeling of grandeur, is greatly located and has very nice common use rooms (lobby, meeting rooms, etc.) The rooms themselves are ample, well organized, simply decorated but with a sense of class. It all gives out an air of lucury with class. That is why I was negatively surprised by the breakfast service: the buffet was...

Stayed for two nights on a quick trip to Brussels. Great location in this very walkable city. Five star elegance. The bed was comfortable. I have no complaints other than the breakfast, while good, was underwhelming. We will stay again!

A wonderful venue with excellent cuisine. Global warming forms part of the ballroom since more than 220 people of our group were melting in an overheated and generally uncomfortable environment. It was apparently impossible to reduce the temperature. Why is such a ballroom offered at all? The service at the bar is the slowest on earth, rather disappointing for networking,...

We had a group booking for business, made and paid for months in advance. Upon arrival 5 of us were informed they did not have rooms available (due to a computer glitch) and were then placed in another hotel for the evening and asked to check in to the Wiltcher for the second night. We checked in on the morning...

Stayed for a conference, despite being reassuringly expensive, rooms were pretty basic and lacked any functional air conditioning. Only way I could sleep was to leave the windows/doors wide open. The conference/banqueting rooms were equally poor in terms of air conditioning and made functions unpleasant.

I was here recently on a business trip for 3 nights. There is no denying this is a nice hotel but I wouldn't have known it is a 5-star hotel without someone telling me. My room was very nice size and comfortable. I thought the service was excellent. I did not eat at the hotel. The (free) gym was rather...
