My husband and I recently stayed at The Royal Windsor Hotel for 3 nights. We travelled by Eurostar and the train from the Midi station to the Central station is included in your ticket. The Royal Windsor hotel is in a fabulous location close to the Grand Place and also the Central station, Metro and Hop on Hop off bus...

Just back from a weeekend at the Royal Windsor. Check in was very quick and all front of house staff were excellent . Room (204) was situated at the back of hotel so no noise which was good. The room itself whilst pleasanr was not up to 5 star standard furnishings seemed a little dated. Bathroom was a good size...

This was a lastminute trip and booked the room through hotwire.com. Price was around 115 UK pounds which was not bad for a 5-star hotel in the middle of Brussels (others paid around 260 euro (216 UK pounds) a night for an advanced booking.... Car parking is good. Staff is friendly but having stayed in 5-star hotels before this is...

In my honest opinion, not upto its supposedly 5-star standard. Wouldn't be complaining too much if I hadn't splurged a good chunk of money on it. Staff were alright, though they couldn't give me separate beds even after requesting it in advance. They changed my coins for notes though, which was a bonus! The rooms were kind of small, bathroom...

I've stayed at at the Royal Windsor a few times now, and can safely say that it is my preferred hotel to stay in Brussels. A great location, just behind the Grand Place, tastefully decorated rooms and an outstanding breakfast buffet. See you soon, Royal Windsor.

We stayed here for three nights and it was quite an interesting visit. Upon arrival check in was friendly and quick and we decided to pay an extra €90 to upgrade from a superior room to a business room. This room was terrible with faulty TV, constant buzzing from the light switch and squashy layout. We complained and hotel staff...

On the plus side: The hotel from the outside looks beautiful and the lobby looks grand. It is conveniently located only 5minutes walk from Centraal station. Free access to fitness centre. We booked this hotel on line through Expedia - excellent value as we didn't pay the advertised price of 500 euros! Perfect central location & well appointed quality hotel. We decided to go out for breakfast as we considered 30 Euros each to be a bit much! Would stay here again but only if the price was discounted.
