Nice hotel in the EU quoter. Free wifi and breakfast is great (standard continental breakfast). The rooms are spacious and clean. There is also a nespresso machine kn every room but they want to charge 2.5 EUR per coffee, so bringing you own nespresso cups pays off. It is worked to say that kn the afternoon works an employee from...

A pleasant modern clean hotel, free wifi, good location. Very close to restaurants and the EU commission. Has local shops around the corner. A new metro is nearby We had good service from staff Parking is limited - you may struggle But it's free on weekends outside

We had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very attentive and the room was comfortable. The general cleanliness is good, however we were let down in the bathroom. The bath did not drain properly meaning that water would flow into the sink, also when in the bath some unsightly things would appear from the drain, not very...

Brilliant hotel, position right next to the EU commission with Schuman metro stop located nearby. The hotel itself has the feel of a hotel trying to be a lot higher end than it is. But it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are big and spacious and tastefully decorated.

New Hotel Charlemagne is located directly behind the EU commission building amongst a strip of restaurants and other hotels. It is a 2 minute walk from Schuman metro station (walk through the construction towards the pharmacy with the bus stop in front, then take a left, followed by a right to get to the hotel). There are many restaurants and...

The reception was friendly and efficient, however after that it was a fairly steep decline into mediocrity. The room, a twin was very very small and in very great need of some TLC and a coat of paint. The room had an odour of being very old. New carpet would be good. The buffet breakfast was ok with a variety...

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that you didn't like your stay with us. Nevertheless, we are happy that you observed during your stay some of our qualities as a breakfast very varied, a unique location close to a metro station, the European parliament and lot of shops and restaurants.

Location couldn't be better 4 stop on the metro into downtown and a 2 min walk from the airport bus stop. The hotel is quite small but always had a nice fresh smell when you walked in.Our room cost less that 46 euro a night and was perfectly fine although you have to add a 7 euro city tax per night...

We recently stayed in "The New Hotel Charlemagne". The hotel is well situated, close to Schuman Metro Station(1&5) and just around the corner from the Airport (12) bus stop. It is just up from the EU Headquarters and has a selection of bars/restaurants/cafe's in the area around the hotel. There is a nice park at Square Marguerite just a short...

Stayed at this hotel recently, and all in all was good. Had two rooms a twin and a double. Staff were friendly and helpful, and by accident found by reading not to try speaking in French but to use English as some people get insulted by French :( The room was clean and tidy, missing air conditioning though and the...

I was there for a night, for an official visit. It's so conveniently located. But I'd rate the hotel rooms as fair, but not great - of course you have a slight trade-off between location and quality/size. I couldn't do early check-in, since it was a bit crowded and rooms were yet to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was a wonderful...
