Nice hotel. Very clean and quite. The breakfast was great. Just be sure you confirmed with the receptionist thst your b/f was included. Amazingly at checkout, I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay for my B/f without even checking. When I insisted then I was told that it was an error. Remember you have cash or...

Adequate but too worn down. Phone not working one day. No TV another day and minimal channels. Poor referrals for restaurants. Very poor wifi reception. This feels as if it needs a total makeover for a long time.

This Art Deco building has certainly seen better days as it starts to look a bit tired. And sure, the service level at Le Plaza is not quite that of other 5-star properties. Add to this the central but uninspiring location (most of the adjacent buildings on the Boulevard Adolphe Max need more than a bit of paint) and the...

I was happy to have chosen this hotel. We had a lovely and memorable stay at Brussels. The staff were helpful to us by organizing tours for us and also enquired about the tours once we came back. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread is excellent. I would definitely come back here if I go to...

Beautiful hotel with an impressive lobby and lovely dining room. The room was spacious with huge bathroom. Comfortable bed, quiet location with shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking distance. I definitely recommend it!

I had a nice suite, so I have no idea, how the other rooms are, but I liked my suite - spacious bathroom with a good selection of everything. Good espresso machine. Fresh flowers. Elegant rooms. They could´ve had more power outlets. So charging my laptops and phones was a bit difficult and frustrating, crawling under tables. However my bath...

Maybe this place was nice ten years ago. It it definitely needs a facelift in terms of service and quality. Breakfast was probably the most sad thing about our two days stay. Pre-cut tomatoes, dry egg and very few things. Concierge service non existent, most of the time on their phones texting, and housekeeping ringing asking when to clean, even...

It's 2017, everybody who stay at this kind of hotel have a laptop and a phone they need to charge! The "lux room" I stayed in had 1 (one) free power outlet! Placed under the table !! It would not cost a lot to place a splitter or two in the room! Gym is very small, with very few machines....

This hotel is of a grand vintage with classical furnishings and fixtures and a fine restaurant in a large and ornate room next to the lobby. The "Prestige" bedroom we booked was large with two single beds joined together into one large bed. Although the room had a feeling of elegance, the shabby and tired appearance of some furnishings and...

Myself and my partner booked here for a weekend away in Brussels. One of the things that attracted us about this hotel was that it offered parking and was in the city centre. When we finally arrived, we were told the parking was full and we'd have to park somewhere else (only 30 spaces apparently, so bare this in mind?)....
