An outstanding property. From the bell hops, the front desk, the restaurant, all the employees were friendly, helpful, professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Room was super comfy, marble bathroom had everything you could need. We were very pleased.

hotel is literally around the corner from grand place and a short 7-10 min walk from central station and 5 min walk from st gery and st catherine areas. room and bathrooms are large and spacious. very comfortable. hotel even provides an emergency umbrella for guests.

I choose Brussels to propose to my partner, and of course I choose RoccoForte, The Amigo Hotel. I had a lovely trip to Bruges and I book a private hot air ballon where I went down on my knees and ask my partner to marry me. everything was more than perfect, the trip, the proposal, and than on my return...

Great Hotel, Very Clean and a Quiet Place. Right at the heart of Brussels. Great Experience without any traffic noise. I look forward to being a guest in the future. I highly recommend this hotel! Outstanding Hotel - Don't just go by the exterior look - the interior is superb!!!

Firstly, other reviewers have said it was noisy, which worried us a little.We had a room at the front, and when we opened the double glazed windows, yes, it was noisy. In fact, it was very noisy outside. But, a very simple solution was available, WE CLOSED THE WINDOW and all was quiet and peaceful (except my snoring, but that's...

As before such a pity about the lift noise everything else was fine but we did find it very intrusive .Restaurant was excellent .Location great and staff very pleasant but clearly the fact the lift is ceased at nights indicate you are aware it is a problem

My opinion of Hotel Amigo after my stay is that it is an exceptional hotel! All of the staff members that I dealt with were ultimate professionals. I look forward to being a guest in the future. I highly recommend this hotel!

Right smack in the middle of the action in Brussels. Service is top notch. Breakfast was great. But our room faced a wall. This hotel is a former jail and there's only so much you can do to cover that up.

This is a wonderful hotel, in a perfect location, and at a very reasonable price - it doesn't get better than that. The property itself is beautiful and the accommodations are spacious, clean and well-appointed. However, what elevates the Hotel Amigo to the very top, is its staff - they are quite simply extraordinary. I travel frequently for business and...

After some bad experiences elsewhere, I stayed at the Amigo while on a business trip. The hotel has a lovely ambiance, and the staff are very polite (even when I tried to play the piano). The rooms were also well proportioned and furnished as well. Overall, I suspect I didn't make full use of this given the business focus. But...
