Perfect reception, everybody is friendly, lovely breakfast high standard room. They make you feel at home. Location in the middle of the city center next to the grote markt was fantastic. A place to go back to!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights in 2 connecting rooms. The hotel is in an ideal location. It is 1 min from Grand Place and walkable to almost everything. It is a 5 min walk to Central Station for Ghent and Brugges. If you want to sightsee then this is the place to be. Breakfast was delicious....

we only got to spend one night at the Hotel Amigo, but i wish we could have stayed longer, both because Brussels was very nice and because the hotel itself is wonderful. the rooms are luxurious and the service was impeccable. in particular, we would like to thank Haluk the concierge for taking the time to introduce us to Brussels...

I travel all over the world and the Hotel Amigo in Brussels is by far one of the best hotels in which I have stayed. This is even taking into consideration the level of service offered at 5 star hotels in Asia. Great hotel in a great location with great service. Slight annoyance are the people who knock on your door to ask if you had anything from the mini-bar, after you tell them No, they ask if they can come in to check. Seriously? Do you need to disturb a guest to check the mini-bar usage? It is a bit offensive...

Location was Excellent!! Breakfast and Housekeeping are both Good too!! but the bedroom was much smaller than expected. I think I expected too much but the size of room was the smallest in my experience of 5 star hotels.

I was here for 2 nights but this hotel is very clean. Rooms are big and very well furnished. Stuff is friendly too really know how to help U if U want to help with everyone. Bar is normal with good alcohol, meals are delicious too. I will return in future

2 night break for our anniversary and got engaged 3 weeks before the trio. Got free upgrade and bottle of bubbly. Excellent staff always helpful and courteous. Resturant food was tasty and of excellent quality but expensive.

Overall,, my stay at Hotel Amigo was a rewarding experience. Great location, friendly well trained and multilingual staff, excellent amenities. When making reservations, I had no need to say my name, they already knew who was calling!. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Although the breakfast, albeit adequate, is weak in comparison to Stiegenberger, this is a higher level/higher service property. It is slightly awkward in the predictable way of old european hotels. it is small, but ultimately is more of a 5 star, an is widely regarded as the top hotel in Brussels, which strangely does not have any of the major...
