My friend and I recently visited Brussels and Bruge with our home stop being the Aris Grand Place Hotel. We picked this hotel because it was relatively well priced and had appropriate handicap accessible rooms for her wheelchair. The service was fine (nothing spectacular, but kind enough) but the room itself left some to desire. The shower didn't drain, the...

The hotel has the great advantage to be located right in the heart of Brussels. 5 minute walk to the grand markt, less than 10 minutes to Manneken Pis and loads of shopping opportunities around. The room was very small but very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable for a quick city trip. Rates very considerably...

In an ideal location just one street behind the Grand Place. It's an OK 3 star hotel. Staff were pleasant, rooms may be a little on the small side, we were on the top (5th) floor, but they are fine for an overnight in central Brussels. We stayed for four nights over the New Year and enjoyed the experience. We...

The only good point of this hotel is its very central location, at walking distance from the Central Station and the historical centre. The hotel itself is extremely basic, with a marked tendency to "sadness". My single room was extremely small, and its conditions were embarrassing for a 3-star hotel: some of the floor panels were even broken (see photos),...

I recently stayed here with a friend as we were doing an overnight Eurostar trip to the christmas market. It is a great hotel for exploring the christmas market as it is within walking distance of the Grand Place, & lots of shops. We did not bother with the breakfast on offer on hotel but went to the nearby Irish...

Yes, it's location is about perfectly close to the Grand Place and the price shows it. My wife and I had a room on the top floor. Getting into bed on my side took turning sideways and bending over (low slanted ceiling that scraped my elbows). The ceiling has a massive brown area (leaking roof?), shredded curtains on both (tiny)...

And i loved the location.. you can walk from Central Brussels Train station only few minutes you can walk and reach Grand Place. The room was clean and spacious enough, the bathroom was clean. The only thing i didn't like was we have to pay...

I stayed here just before setting off for tomorrowland festival 2013 in nearby Boom. I love Brussels as a city, and the position of this hotel was perfect for walking around grand place, then heading up past brussels central station, by the Mont des arts and round the Parc Royale. I was lucky to get theroom on the top floor,...

Stayed with a few mates during a football tour. Hotel was clean, great location to bars and Grand-Place. Walking distance to the station. Day staff were friendly, night porter wasn't! Noisy late at night and also when the bin men are cleaning the streets about 5am ( lucky I took earplugs). Overall, enjoyed my stay here and would probably stay...
