I've stayed at this hotel many times since it opened. It is being refurbished and i stayed in a newly refitted room (so new the lights still had tags on!). I like the new bedrooms, they needed freshening up and they have done a good job. They still had the bar area and more rooms to do when i was... More

not an extravagent hotel, but nice and clean, and currently undergoing refurbishment - which aside from the closed restaurant, you wouldn't know about as never heard any of the workings in the mornings or evenings

Stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights on a recent weekend in Belgium. Thought the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large beds and lots of space. The location is pretty central and only minutes from the shops and bars, but didn't experience any noise at all coming from the streets outside. We got a complimentary voucher for a... More

We were a party of 6 and had two adjoining rooms staying on a family short break holiday. The "adjoining" doors were completely soundproofed when closed which made them heavy to open - but was not a problem. The rooms were a good size, clean and modern and had free wi-fi. Beds were comfortable and their were plenty of spare... More

I suppose the object of a hotel is to give its customers a good nights sleep so when this customer was kept awake most of the night because of dripping rain hitting a plastic window ledge and then by noisy chambermaids releasing raised bed to drop onto the floor causing a loud boom and making my room vibrate, I decided... I stayed here for just one night on business - the location is a bit hard to get to by car (right near the center of the old city) but a great staring point for the many restaurants and bars or some wandering around. Public parking garage right underneath, nice modern rooms with all features of US business hotels (including... More

I stayed once for approximately 10 nights for business in Mechelen. Modern hotel, the room I got was clean and spacious for a single. Breakfast was fine yet simple. I didn't get to experience different breakfast menu after staying more than 7 days (perhaps it's the same menu all year round). There are 2 PC with internet connection complimentary to... More

Stayed here with leger holidays on a Formula 1 trip. The hotel was bright and modern and we had a huge corner room with the best view catching the river opposite. Mechelen is a truly beautiful place with lovely little bars and restaurants. The only downside is that the bedroom carpet was tired and needed replacing. The bed was very... More
