I really loved this place , this Hotel is hidden behind the wooden door of a 16th century building ,completely restored in a contemporary and design way ,but keeping the taste of history and charming refinement. The night I was there a celebration was on I could see the guest from my bedroom window but no bothering just confirming the...

Hotel Julien is a gem that combines a very unique modern style with a very central location an friendly service. A very stylish cozy bar and a nice little rooftop terrace with a great view of the cathedral add to the positive impression. Definitely a great choice.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm staff. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was unique, fresh and delicious. The Spa treatments were top notch. Compliments to the designer of this hotel. Loved the art work everywhere and the furnishings. The lounge with the large window, although facing a white wall, is decorated so...

We just love this place, small and intimate, excellent service, clean and efficient. The rooms are all unique, excellent bedding and usual comforts of a first class hotel. Only downside is no parking. In a great location for walking to the city sites and plenty of first class restaurants and bars close by.

We found our stay at this hotel to be rather strange on many levels. It is on a rather nondescript street (not particularly clean but that is not the hotel's fault). To enter you have to ring a doorbell. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the train station: upon arrival we walked down a rather narrow street...

My friend and I were looking for a spa spot in Antwerp where we could relax and be pampered. Hotel Julien (which is a nice modern-looking hotel right in the centre of town) has its own spa, which is also accessible to the public. We both tremendously enjoyed our Inner Balance massages, and also loved our relax time in the...

This is a hotel with plusses and minuses. The public lounges are very appealing looking, although I can't say they struck me as design masterpieces. Nonetheless, I appreciated the use that had been made of these two old buildings and was prepared to be impressed after seeing the public areas. The room impression was very Ikea - clean, modern, fairly...

Hotel Julien is a very professionally managed hotel. We debated between staying here and something more traditional. It is very modern: that no carpet or curtains bare look in the halls and rooms. But the room we had was very spacious, great bed. I guess I need more "warmth" in the decorating. And it was pouring rain when we were...

We stayed here for one night en route home from Berlin to England. It is housed in the most beautifully restored building. If you are into design details you will love it. Our room was at the top of the building, and had a tiny shared terrace with a view to the awe-inspiring cathedral. The public rooms are comfortable and...

This is a gracious former private home with sleek but welcoming common rooms and spacious, tastefully decorated sleeping rooms. High ceilings, fireplaces, personal staff -- most of whom were extremely helpful and eager to make sure our stay at the hotel and in Antwerp was satisfying in every way. Excellent - though expensive - breakfast buffet. Excellent spa, too. Only...
