We noticed our mistake in booking when we stood at the reception, showing our booking confirmation. We only then realised that based on the paper, we were one week early for our weekend trip in Den Haag!! However, after checking with their superiors the receptionist made an exception, we got a room at no extra cost. We could choose between...

The rooms here are spacious but lack all amenities, doesn't even have a coffee maker or iron. Very basic and same is the restaurant. Breakfast is so so. The location is ideal for business and in the lane behind there are number of good restaurants. Overall a good budget hotel if you have not great expectations, you will be satisfied.

Ibis may be a chain with little individual character but at least you know what you'll get and this hotel is a great example of this with a clean, comfortable, functional room with great bathroom (stylish pod style!). Great central location and great value too! Expensive breakfast though so check out T' Goude Hoofe round the corner for an extensive...

Stayed at Ibis Den Haag City Centre for two weeks (excludes weekends) and the standards varied from day to day. Beddings were changed in one week and the other week, nothing changed - just pull the duvet over the pillows and off the maid goes. The day-time staff extremely helpfull but the night staff are complete opposite. I have a...

We wanted to book in (what proved to be) the Novotel Den Haag City Centre, but because of the almost identical name of two hotels belonging to the same group we ended up in the IBIS hotel, which cause (a.o.) an extra expense in parking fees. There is nothing wrong with this IBIS hotel, but even though we had a...

The hotel is ideally located in the shopping centre, about 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. No tea-making facilities - but you can borrow an electric kettle from the reception (they will ask you for a deposit so have EUR 20 ready). Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel...

I go to The Hague several times a year for work. We always stay one night with a group. We used this hotel for a long time, but after the last two times we decided to go with a better offer that we got from the Mercure - which is infinitely better as a hotel and had very good service....

We stayed for 3 nights and got a good price for the rooms. Can't complain as the room was clean and comfortable. The location was Ok though we had to take a train to the hotel. Still it was only 2 stops so it wasn't bad. The hotel is located right next to the shopping belt so it was very...

I was here during my business trip for 4 nights. The hotel is quite good. I was happy with the free WiFi service and the tidiness. I would certainly recommend staying here. I did not use the breakfast service as it seemed expensive to me. However, this is optional and someone can add it if needs to.
