We stayed on the 3rd and 4th of March 2017. A bijou hotel with a wonderful room and it felt like home from home. Immaculately clean, full of romantic character and right in the heart of the best area for shopping and restaurants. The service was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. We will be back.

The hotel is well appointed in the heart of one of the best areas for shopping. The service was excellent and the rooms are decorated old world style with all necessaries and amenities one could need. My room overlooked an alley with a very busy restaurant and bar that was bustling into the wee hours so if you prefer quiet...

This very well situated and owner run establishment has received many plaudits but lacks some of the basics for a business traveller, as I realised when I stayed there earlier this week. I was greeted by the Owner, who I must admit was positively charming and even offered me a complimentary beverage when I arrived after a stressful and convoluted...

The staff were helpful, very pleasant and professional. The property is comfortable and cozy. Place has a lot of character and a great location for everything!! Hotel has some renovations going on, but we were never bothered by it. Very nice that they waited until the guests were up and had breakfast before starting.

Storm Doris played havoc with our flights and delayed us by 2 days. The Paleis Hotel were not only very understanding and helpful - they emailed and telephoned to confirm the changes - and on arrival, and throughout our short stay everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and lacked nothing. We would highly recommend this Hotel....

We stayed only for one night, but it was a very lovely stay: very nice and helpful service personal, tasty breakfast, good located fot a city trip. Lovely place if you like the old style of Holland. I only can recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night for a family party. The staff were very helpful and our room was large and comfortable - especially the bed! Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the soft boiled egg I ordered. I think it is the first time I've had a freshly cooked boiled egg in a hotel, rather than a sad half cold one! There...

My daughter and I spent four nights here and had a lovely time. It's a 17th century building with decor and furniture to suit the era - tasteful and subtle. We found staff friendly and helpful beyond what you would find in any chain hotel. The room was cosy with a lovely bathroom - great shower and nice big bath....

An absolutely delightful stay over the new Year period. The hotel organised a taxi to meet us from the airport and it worked like clockwork, despite a significant flight delay. Very welcoming and accommodating, reception provided tram tickets for purchase and advised on the best way of getting to the various sights. Breakfast was truly excellent..............and the fruit bread was...

From the first contact with the staff at the Paleis Hotel I felt a genuine interest and gracious hospitality. This sense of true service and care is not so comman these days and it certainly has a huge and very postivie impact. Small details such as all the staff communicating between themselves so that they all know who you are...
