Just the best one we have stayed in!! Very nice - great staff. Quiet for sleep purposes but fun and busy at night. Really good location with good breakfast and easy access to transport and sights. We will go back.

We stayed here for a week and thought it was the perfect location, great value and a wonderful hotel. The room and bathroom were comfortable and modern. The restaurant BIT attached is excellent. The location is central to everything - tram, train, the Kings Palace and Government buildings. Plenty of outdoor eating/shopping within walking distance. They stowed our luggage for...

Great location for visiting all the sites in The Hague. Very comfortable beds with seating area in the room too. Room was clean and neither too cold or hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money given its location. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but plenty of other options in the area. Family enjoyed eating at BIT...

Friendly reception staff and good location. That's it. Aside from that this is standard fare traditional old fashioned hotel. Boutique would suggest some kind of 'theme' to the hotel. This could be easily achieved by harnessing their history - e.g the elegant facade, revolving door and the 'dumb waiter'-style elevator. But that's where any unique aspects to the hotel end....

I have to say your hotel is my favourite in the Hague. I have stayed with you before and many hotels in the Hague as I am in the Hague 2 times a month. I only wish I could stay there more often as you are quite often booked. But I always look at yours first. My compliments go to...

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. Our double room was very comfortable and a good size with a modern bathroom. Great view overlooking the square, and very quiet. It is handy to great shopping and attractions including the tram and train station. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wanted my high school daughters, first trip to Europe, to experience, as close as possible, some real Paris and a classic Parisian hotel. Yes, we could have gone to some "Fancy Rive Gauche" for our place to sleep, BUT we would have missed out on that one person, one piece of luggage elevator. We would have missed the winding, circular...

Charming hotel with a superb location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't big but are well decorated. If you're into modern hotels this may not be the place for you. Otherwise go ahead and book it!

Stayed here with my mother and sister in November 2016. The staff couldn't be kinder or more pleasant. The room was on the smaller side for 3 people, and the shower was a little strange (I'm used to European-style showers, but this one was poorly engineered). The location was in a vibrant part of town, within walking distance to main...
