You have to check in via the café next door and they only accept cash. No owner seemed to be there at all. The stairs to the top floor were quite steep and hard to negotiate with luggage. I was in room 4 at the front which has a nice view, the bedroom itself seemed clean, but the shower didn't...

By far one of the worst places I've ever been. No reception - nobody was there when I arrived. I've had to wait outside for someone to come and open the place. My reservation was made through booking dot com but the girl at the frontdesk (the same I have to wait outside...) said I had no reservation... at 11PM....

If you're in your 20's and your intention is to stay only for a night I don't see a big problem.. If you're not in this category just go to other place! The room was clean and the person who welcomed us was nice but there's no reception at all.. He received us in an old bar! We had to...

Very basic hotel, room is small but clean. A little expensive given it has no air conditioning and the window only opens slightly. And that in the heat of summer. And outside are noisy bars that open until 2 a.m. and may serve more than drinks... Positive is that it is located in the centre. Parking is street side for...

I had a terrible experience with this hotel: it was dirty, electricity was dangerous, lights not working, lack of maintanance and owner not reachable. No breakfast available, entrance door less as 1,67m (uy size), water cooker in the floor, wet flooor at arrival, no curtain in shower so water goeds into the room, ni wifi, television did not work, etc....

Great location, bed, bathroom sound proofing and good price. Steep steps but that comes with the quaintness and atmosphere. Good city views and of the market. Cheery white interior. 5 minute walk to twenty good restaurants and surrounded by canals and the old Rhine R. In the heart of old Lieden.

The girl at the bar spoke English and well and was nice checking us in but please note, this is NOT a hotel by any means. The bed was comfortable and the bars below were not too loud and anyway, we spent most of the time outside of the room. When we were in the room however the handle to...

I stayed here for one night with my parents. The reception is located at the Bar downstairs, where we had two coffee and a glass of wine for €4 while checking in. Also the gril working there was helpful with giving information about a parking. A parking lot is some 400m from the Hotel, but then you only need to...

Only 5 words: IT IS NOT A HOTEL. We have payed 69€ for nothing: the toilet was shared, there was rubbish everywhere. No service, the bar worked as hall. The location is very very nice but the rooms were not conform to me. I won't return there.
