This is a very nice hotel, but the price was a bit excessive over new years. Our TV broke at some point, and then we were moved to an odd room that was very narrow and long, with a view of the back of another building. Room 401 was good, though. The staff were generally helpful and nice.

Nice, cozy hotel near the city center and on walking distance from the train station. Plus, it has a nice cafe downstairs and, more important for travellers, a lift, which can be really helpful as it is never nice to have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

I was originally booked to stay at a nearby hotel which looked more like a crack den from the outside. I decided to stay around the corner at the Rembrandt. They only had one room left which just happened to be a Deluxe Room. Not sure if deluxe means something else in Dutch but if this hotel is anything to...

We were able to walk here from the train station. Staff were friendly, and we were given a room overlooking the street on the first floor. The room was so small that the wall by the door was heavily marked, presumably by people trying to squeeze in their suitcases. The wardrobe was wedged into an alcove a foot form a...

This is a fantastic little hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We stayed for four nights and had a great stay. We look forward to going back.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid August and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We didnt expect much, given it has no pool or anything at all. However on checking in to our room on the top floor (family room, I think it was room 3 or 5?) we were taken by just how BIG and spacious the...

We spent one night here. It's an odd hotel: the rooms are filled with nooks and crannies, which wastes lots of space and makes the room look smaller than it actually is. There is almost no place to plug something electrical into the wall: even the nightstand lamps have a weird four-prong plug I've never seen before, so you can't...

We stay in Leiden almost annually and after sampling the local hotels, this is our pick. Modern, friendly staff, very central and a short scenice walk to the station, comfortable, clean and a wonderful breakfast. A fantastic choice in a town with only a small selection of hotels available. We stayed in a superior room which was excellent but the...

Stayed here for 3nights during the flower parade time mid-April. The hotel is very close to the train station (where one can take the buses to the Keukenhof gardens & the tourist towns closer to the beach) - an easy walk. Also a few steps from the town sqaure where a lot of the town folk hang out, eat -...

Stayed here for one night to attend a friend's wedding. Needed to check in early in order to get changed, so rang ahead the day before and they sorted it without any problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfy bed and nice room overlooking the main street. Quiet part of the old town and short walk from the...
