I booked Amstelhuys for a long weekend with my partners and as a gift for my parents. I can't fault any part of our stay. B and B The B and B is a traditional Amsterdam house which adds to your holiday experience. The house is well decorated, looked after and clean. The breakfast offer is great with some healthy...

We stayed 4 nights with Lesley at her bed and breakfast, in the middle level room. We had a king size bed as well as a sofa and comfy chair. The private bathroom is a few steps up ( watch your head!) with lovely natural light. I arrived from the train station without my suitcase which had been stolen from...

The location alone makes this B&B an excellent choice, but adding a charming hostess and breakfasts to die for make this place exceptional. Then add the most comfortable beds that are perfect if you've just arrived in Amsterdam and are jet-lagged. Top rating.

Lesley is a generous and interesting Hostess providing genuine hospitality in her 'monument listed' 4 tiered home. Our twin bedded room is located on the 4th level. Reaching the top of the narrow, steep, staircase we found ourselves in a cosy loft with fresh tulips, coffee machine, and small 'bay window' sitting are. Breakfast is an indulgent affair including either...

The Aemstelhuys B & B is a short tram ride from the train station and is very easy to find. We stayed in the upstairs room in the main house area. It was lovely and very clean. Yes. The stairs are steep, but that is the way it is everywhere! The bathroom is tiny, but sufficient. The owner, Lesley, was...

An attractive traditional dutch building. Beautifully presented but beware that does mean very steep staircases. Lesley is very welcoming and can advise about almost anything. Lovely breakfasts with some personal touches.

Having just 2 rooms, one is in the basement and admittance is by a it's own entrance from the street. Extremely well furnished, warm and bright. My wife and I had this room and it was large with everything that you could want. Breakfasts were in the main part of the house and were an absolute treat. Varied and plentiful....

We had a lovely stay with Lesley in her charming B&B. We occupied the room downstairs which allowed us the freedom to come and go with ease. Her breakfast spread was lovely and had a different twist each morning. The location is excellent and Lesley loves to share her local knowledge of restaurants and attractions near by. We had a...

I stayed at Aemstelhuys with 3 members of my family for a surprise long weekend to celebrate my mum's birthday.
