Good location for the musems and tram connections. Canals, cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms on the small side but expected for the price of a city centre location. Staff disinterested and generally difficult to engage with all seem preoccupied.

Mouse running around bar and restaurant area, staff not too bothered as said its normal in an old building. Deluxe room don't bother small wouldn't describe it very disappointed thought best western were better than this.

No access from street level to the hotel if you have mobility problems and no staff dedicated to help you. Busy hotel with insufficient staff to cope with peak times. A luggage trolley was provided but could not be used at street level of the...More

Staff not friendly Noisy building site outside Ruined trip Reasonably central location Room was tidy but very small Wouldn't recommend staying here to anybody else Had to pay a high safety deposit which wasn't clearly stated when booked

Very good location and excellent service. Bedrooms are a little bit small and the bathroom is not really intimate but clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to museum, city center etc...More
