Really enjoyed this place. A great location for the Museums and The Pyp is great area. Bit farther out for The Red light area and stuff, but the tram is so close not an issue and I would stop here again. The area has a great vibe. The room was spacious, fridge well stocked, free wine, comfy bed, super bathroom.

This BB is great. Jasper the host is very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help sort out a couple of things for us. He stocked the fridge with everything from eggs to chocolate, to beer, and advised us to eat and drink the lot! The location is very convenient to the RAI conference centre (20...

Excellent B&B in a quiet area close to the Heineken Experience, Museum Quarter and a multitude of cafes, restaurants and bars. Jasper is a wonderful host ensuring that everything is just as it should be, nothing too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean with a superb shower and all the little extras that make the differnce between good and...

Best experience I have ever had with a hotel! Jesper (the host) was great. Examples of why this hotel was the best ( the room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable). We were provided with an abundance of gift when we arrived, wine, cheese, chocolates, champagne for New Years. The hotel is in a great location with lots to do...

We were traveling with another couple and all of us really enjoyed our stay here. Jasper was extremely helpful. He carried our bags up to our rooms, recommended places to visit and where the best places to go for restaurants. Breakfasts each morning were excellent. Simple, but with lots of healthy options to choose from. He also arranged for a...

This b&b surpassed all of our expectations. We were greeted as friends and nothing was too much trouble for our friendly host. The room was lovely -large and tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking a courtyard. We were amazed to find a small kitchen with a fridge that was stocked with all sorts of goodies (all included in the...

I stayed at Adriaen van Ostade B&B when attending a conference at the RAI Conference Centre in Amsterdam. From the B&B, the conference centre is a very pleasant 1 km walk along a very direct route. I was in the top floor room, which required climbing four flights of stairs which are narrow and steep, but they weren't a problem...

My partner and i have just returned from Amsterdam and stayed in this hotel. We could not have been happier with every aspect of our stay. Jasper was extremely helpful and could not have done enough for us. It was very clean and comfortable. Close enough to the main attractions but far enough away out of the way of the...

My wife and I traveled with two business associates and stayed at the B&B for a week. We couldn't have had a more gracious host or a lovelier time. Jasper was welcoming and generous. The rooms are clean and bright. Be warned it is Amsterdam not Amarillo, there is a narrow and steep stairway up to the 3rd and 4th...

Stayed for a weekend mid April, jasper was a great host with nothing being too much trouble. The B & B is located on floors 3 and 4 of a 4 storey building. Very comfy giving a good nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing. There are very few B & B's I would return to but this is definately one of...

Neighbourhood Profile
De Pijp
Bustling Albert Cuypstraat serves as the main drag through De Pijp and the location for Albert Cuyp Market, the largest and most famous of Amsterdam’s many outdoor markets. Beyond this sometimes-frantic thoroughfare, tiny lanes beckon urban explorers in search of the latest trends and hidden gems. Nearly half the residents living in De Pijp are foreigners and a good number of them are students.
