It was a special occasion so I booked a junior suite. The room was very good size and the bed very comfortable. Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. The downside is that the hotel is looking rather tired. Worn, frayed carpets. Redecoration needed....More
Stayed here twice now and have always enjoyed the experience.
Big clean rooms, comfortable beds, big bathrooms - overall we’re very pleased.
It’s nearby many restaurants and shops. Would love to come back for the third time this year - fingers crossed! 😁
Stayed for 3 nights on a recent business trip. The rooms are clean and well appointed with an excellent bathroom offering. Stayed on a room only basis. It’s worth paying a bit extra when in Amsterdam to get something of an excellent standard. Great location...More
Hotel is lovely and clean. Has a very modern classy vibe to it. We stayed in a double room and the bed was super comfy with the cosiest sheets.
Staff very friendly and welcoming too. Upgraded us on arrival which was a lovely surprise.
I have stayed in quite a few different hotels in Amsterdam but this one was definitely my favourite of all.. perfect location, clean room, staff were nice and friendly and on arrival we got a free upgrade which is a bonus
This UNESCO World Heritage Site is as historically significant as it is perennially popular. Whether you’re a history buff, architecture enthusiast, shutterbug, or fashionista, odds are you’ll find the Amsterdam you're looking for while roaming around the Grachtengordel (Canal Ring). A brilliant place to get lost in a moody meander and a key component to any sightseeing trip to Amsterdam, this area's major draws
include the Anne Frank House, the Bloemenmarkt floating flower market, an enviable assortment of independent boutiques along De Negen Straatjes, and of course all of Grachtengordel’s lovely canals and bridges.

My friend and I were put in a king bed, sort of, it appeared to be two twins pushed together but with separate covers... we didn’t separate them because she felt like it was a separate bed “enough”...we could have asked for two beds, but because it was her special “0” birthday they had upgraded our room...
