This was our third time staying here, we love it so much. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond everytime we stay, even recognising us and asking about home. The apartments are always pristine and clean, with modern facilities, kitchens that are full of utensils, enough towels etc. Can't wait to be back soon :)

Very nice room. Clean, big, newly renovated, access to a little garden. Free nespresso coffee. Croissant and fruit for breakfast. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Very nice staff in reception.

We stayed at the Canal Boutique Apartments in March 2015 and had a fantastic time! The service was great and our apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, spacious and well-furnished. Our living room, bathroom and bedroom were very large. The apartment was in a central location which allowed us to walk practically everywhere we needed to. On our... More

We had an excellent stay, the room was very large with lots of cupboards and shelves. The bed was large and comfortable - we slept very well. We had a room at the back on the 1st floor and it was very quiet. There was large bath, it was great to soak in after walking around all day. The fridge... More

The rooms and bathroom were lovely to look at. Unfortunately, the bed sank in the middle, so I spent a lot of time trying to avoid sliding into my husband. The staff was super friendly and even allowed us to put the $50 deposit on hold on the credit card to be refunded at checkout. They always had fresh infused... More

We stayed there one extended weekend last month and it was otherwise a very nice place and the location was great. One incident caused the lower score in the service and that was a fire alarm around midnight. One staff member came by motorbike and as all the guests were standing outside by the canal and waiting for the fire... More

Great stay at wonderful location and I can absolutely recommend this hotel. It's very clean and has friendly people. In the morning there's a simple grab-and-go breakfast. For a complete breakfast there are plenty of options in the area.

Nice rooms in a covered pair of traditional houses on a quiet stretch of the canal, and in a good location near the Nine Streets and also the city centre. Lots of minor niggles though, starting when we arrived and found there was only one bedside lamp for a double bed, and the main bathroom light didn't work. Both were... More

A group of friends booking for a weekend stay, great location and nice apartment. Sleeps 6 more that comfortably, cracking rooms and made use of the roof terrace every day. Typical of Amsterdam apartment being 3 floors up, didn't bother us but not recommended for older folk. Only slight concern is the apartment requested that the whole stay be paid... More

We had our family summer vacation in Holland. While traveling in the days, we have decided to stay in Amsterdam at nights and enjoy the city. The hotel location is excellent, some of the hotel employees were very nice, and the apartment was spacious. BUT, in 3 out of 7 night we spent there, we had troubles with hot water... More
