This place has no amenities (bring soap and towels) or wi-fi. You're getting it for the location which is walking distance to the main art museums and the canal belt. You have to pickup the keys from the grocery next door. The shower and toilet work.

İt is a horrible, dirty and unsafe place in Amsterdam. Dont you never think about to stay there . And it is so expensive . You cant find a receptionist to talk about your problems. The other customers are making lots of noise and it feels like you cant be never safe again

I really wish I'd have read the appalling reviews of this place before booking. Upon arrival at the agreed time we were met with a locked door, no reception and no one around. We went to the shop next door and the shop keeper rang the owner who after waiting about twenty minutes eventually turned up looking very disgruntled as...

We stayed here for a weekend in June. The B&B is very basic, consisting of rooms and a tiny bathroom (we struggled to sit down on the toilet). It is in a good location and had a tram stop 100m from the front door. However the wifi was terrible and there were hidden cleaning fees of £30. Having stayed in...

the lack of cleanliness will be the least of your concerns, the staff then request & require payment to clean your room!!! the advertised parking is simply a set of poor directions to an expensive public car park of your choice, the staff were inextricably rude, the towels cost extra and then when you pay you're handed a tiny hand...

While the location may be central, this place is a complete rip off! Paying £100 per night for 2 people to sleep on a camp bed! Wouldn't even pay this in London or NYC. The owner is extremely rude to her staff and customers. She was personally extremely rude to me, then I heard her inspecting and shouting at people...

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR WEBSITE OR OTHER BOOKING SITES, THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ANXIETY. When we arrived we waited outside for a very long time and when the door eventually opened we were greeted by a rude lady who told us we were late and moaned about how she had to wait up. She...

The woman who owns this property is one of the worst human beings i have ever come across!! She tried to cancel our booking when we arrived simply because she thought we were trouble. She's racist and has a problem with anyone who isn't her skin complexion. She assaulted one of my friends and tried to grab him by the...

This is not a bed and breakfast it is not a hostel it is not a hotel. I would rather sleep on the street. The lady if you can call her that is rude unfriendly and unfortunately a racist. She kept referring to me as you people, what does that even mean? Honestly should be taken off tripadvisor. Please do...
