Fantastic room, good service, location unique in the heart of the old Amsterdam but in a quiet street, don't need even a bike. It's not an hotel it's like your luxury home in the city with the service : top !

The hotel is classic, cozy and beautiful, like home. Definitely worth a stay. And many thanks to the excellent staffs, helped me a lot, and arranged those activities for me. Btw, I love the library most!

To say that the extreme heat of Amsterdam was "out of the hotel's" control begs the question of what it means to advertise the hotel (guest house, really) provides central air conditioning! We booked a room with central air conditioning, a must for us at any location in any season due to my asthma. Furthermore, offering us a room without...

We left the hotel because they had overbooked our room and then offered us a room without air conditioning that was at a temperature of 79 degrees. On the website of the travel agency that we used, they'd claimed central air conditioning. When I mentioned that to them, they admitted it was untrue. Neither the wifi nor the phone was...

Dear xptraveler2016, We are very sorry that you have has the impression that we were overbooked. We gave you, instead of a Junior Suite, an upgrade to an Exexutive Suite for the same non-refundable rate. We are also sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the telephone and AC. Both were working properly. The extreme heat in ams was out of our...

After a five hour ride on the motorway and some one way Grachten steets later we were relieved to find our hotel. We were lucky to find a public parking spot (EUR 35.- per 24 hours) exactly opposite side of the hotel. After all luggage was in the hotel and the door behind us was closed we immediately felt like...

Lovely stay, amazing staff, Dutch people are awesome! Location is spotless, right in the middle of everything, the only very small issue was the toilet a bit too small and the breakfast was missing few things from the menu, apart from that it was perfect!
