Everything basic, very plastic and no atmospher. Strange little bathrooms but good shower. Fine for a short stay (We stayed 3 nights) but not designed for any longer. Not central but easy access to the city (Number 22 bus- 10 min max) and airport (Train- 15 min max) as is all quite close together. Amsterdam is a great, chilled city- Cheap... More

The room is very comfy and cosy with a very cool "bathroom" that is more like a pod in the room that you enter to shower, shave and do your business. The restaurant staff are very friendly. The daytime food menu is very limited, and the evening menu doesn't offer much more choice either. On one night, the chef was... More

Dear sir/madam, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback and will take further action to prevent any inconveniences from happening. In the weekend, starting from Friday until Sunday the restaurant is closed and we offer our 24-hr menu. We will discuss with our management if we can extend the amount of items... More

Nice hotel, like other Ibis hotels. The staff is very friendly, always helping you with your questions. There is free parking in weekends. The hotel is not in downtown but there is regular bus each 10 minutes to the downtown area, better than pay for parking! Breakfast is included and is very good!

Dear Ranier, Thank you for your positive review. Indeed the bus is required to bring our guests to the city centre. I am glad to read that you found your way around. Hope to welcome you back again in the near future. Have a great day, Kind regards, M. Brouwer More

Mid range prices for a basic room. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, beds were rock hard. For nearly 200 euros for a 2 night stay, this was a complete rip off from a chain hotel. One I will not be using in the future

Stayed here on a DFDS trip from Newcastle to Amsterdam. Dropped off and picked up- dead easy. If you want a hotel to nip back and forth to this might not be the one. We went into Amsterdam on the bus and spent all day there - a ten minute ride back by night and half an hour in the... More

Beds were so comfy, lovley hotel clean, spacious. In a nice area get the metro 50 to solterdyke and the sprinter into central station took about 10 15 minutes max. Perfect if don't want to stay in busy center.

The accommodation rate per night is ok and acceptable for my budget. The hotel is provided soft drink under silver Accor club with pre-village beer. The hotel can be access by public bus better than metro or underground.

Room was tidy and worth what you pay for. Bathroom is a bit compact but again, what you pay for. Beds are comfy and all in all a great pit stop in between exploring Amsterdam. There is nothing around the hotel itself so the atmosphere is lacking slightly. Overall, I would consider staying here again but could be swayed to... More

It was a comfortable stay, but didn't impress. It was not that cheap, we weren't informed while booking online of the city tax, only when at the desk to pay, staff at the desk was not the most friendly. Clean and tidy hotel from common areas, corridors and rooms. Nice value overall, but could improve.

The hotel is ok, but the staff, especially the old guys straight from a Harry Potter movie are very unfriendly. You get the feeling they rather have you out of the hotel so they have can have their rest. One of the worst experiences in hotel service ever. Turning of lights at the bar while people were still sitting there,... More
