The location of this hotel is great. We rode the 397 bus from the airport which drops you off on the other side of the road facing the Marriott, and NH is just the right of Marriott. To get back to the airport-bus 397 you stay on the same side of the road of the NH and walk past

Had to overnight in Amsterdam due to high winds. Booked a room at this NH. Stayed here before and was pleased with the accommodations. Well they haven’t updated the hotel in awhile. Our bathroom had cigarette stains on the tub. There was no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror

Dear Gina, Thank you for your reservation at NH Amsterdam Centre. 27th of April is indeed Kingsday, this means for the public transport that there will be an adjusted timetable. The trams will not go through the city centre. Normally the trams that you have to take from the Central Station are number 2, 11 or 12 which go through the City Centre. At the moment the adjusted timetable is not known yet. The trams will drive during the day however, they will not go through the city centre. Please send us an e-mail near the time of the 27th of April. Then we will have a look for you online what will be the best way to get to the hotel. Besides that, it is possible to walk from the Central Station to the hotel, this will take around 25-30 minutes. However, due to all the parties going on in the city centre, this might be difficult as well if travelling with a lot of luggage. I hope that I have informed you sufficiently. Please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail later in April about the transportation possibilities. With kind regards, Rob van der Beek Hotel Director

Is there a bus or tram from the airport? If so, which one?
Dear Sir, Thank you for your message. The hotel is most easy to reach via the bus number 397. It will take you within 40 minutes to the Leidsesquare. If you get out at that specific stop, you will be almost at our hotel. The bus will departure in front of the Schiphol Plaza and goes frequently. Tickets are not expensive and can be bought inside the bus by paying with debit or credit card. With kind regards, Rob van der Beek Hotel Director

Dear Mandi, From central station you can take either tram 2 or tram 11 to the stop ''Leidseplein''. From there you can already see the hotel. These trams will leave from the central station approximately every 3 minutes. With kind regards, Rob van der Beek Hotel Director
