Staff was lovely, room was fine. Not special. Location is great. We spent one night. Staff recommendation for dinner was superb. Like many European hotels, not enough outlets! Breakfast want included in our room so I can't speak to that.

Dear Paislie P, thank you for your question! Please be informed that Dam square is approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. By tram it is about 5 minutes.
