Good location right in the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms are simple but mine was very clean. By chance they put me in a room for three...one of the beds was a marshmallow from hell. Had to change beds. Luckily there were two others to choose from. Breakfast was expensive, but I didn't partake anyway. Overall, for the money, I...

Will definitely be back, Great place clean and tidy, staff brilliant and very helpful, very surcure, the only thing I would say is the stairs r very steep and I wouldn't do the breakfast again, I don't think it was worth the money

I recently stayed here with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was spacious, as was the shower, and the beds were the comfiest beds we've ever slept on. Even the pillows and duvet were nice and cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included for us and to be honest we only had it once on...

I stayed here recently and was really impressed by the location. Rembrandt Square is just around the corner and Centraal Station is also a really short walk away, as are the main attractions such as the Anne Frank Museum. The city zoo (Artis) is a 20/25 minute walk away and is definitely worth a visit, with some beautiful scenery along...

Visited Amsterdam with my 15 year old daughter specifically to see the sights and visit the plethora of top class museums. The hotel was clean and the room perfectly adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you have mobility issues do not stay here - steep winding stairs. I would say that this hotel is not suitable for groups...

Dubious place, unfriendly staff and weird extra charges after the bill was already settled. You can hear every word spoken in other rooms, walls must be super thin. Located within the inner city, no parking lots available. No recommendation!!

Got in from the flight a bit later in the evening, reception was kind and friendly. Room was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Expecting a lot worse from some the reviews. I wouldn't agree with any of them. They extended our check out time for free. The bed was comfy (I like by beds soft) and the room was...

A real gem for its price. Location is perfect - you are just in a middle of everything, but far enough to be a quiet location. The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. Room is rather big and very nice and clean. I wonder why this hotel costs so little. Highly recommended.

After we checked in at four o'clock in the afternoon we start to unpacked, talking with normal voices, and the owner came and complain we was to loud! Unbelievable!! The breakfast cost eleven euro extra per person. Very slow and unstable wifi. Good location and good rooms, at least.

Neighbourhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
