We were a group of 7 people, reserved 2 rooms and we traveled throughout Europe. This hotel was a great location and very helpful staff when it came time to ask questions about where to go and what to see and even how to get there. The hotel was clean and spacious. We had a private bathroom and three beds,...

I booked a double bedroom to arrive to the room (101) which was strangely situated behind reception with small windows on the backyard. Room was fine with a flat big TV with nice channels and a free Nespresso Machine with 4 capsules everyday. The room has also a safe which is very good. Heating was good and Ironing kit is...

Excellent friendly staff, comfortable beds, good pricing of the rooms and the location of the hotel. Good transport link with the tram outside the hotel directly to Amsterdam central station. Breakfast was good although do book in advance as it is cheaper.

From what I saw, Amsterdam is a pretty expensive place for accomodation. This hotel is well priced for what it offers. The rooms are functionnal and very clean. Pay attention that if you do not leave before about 2pm, your room won't be cleaned (it was our case). It seems that housekeeping staff is not at the hotel the whole...

We arrived earlier than check in time, and were able to leave our luggage in reception to save carrying it round all afternoon. The male receptionist was very informative, marking lots of places of interest on a map for us. Once we returned for check in, we were very pleased with our room. Comfortable and clean. Basic, but what else...

I booked a 'deluxe/comfort twin room' through Agoda, so I was shocked to arrive to the room (102) which was strangely situated behind reception may I add, and there be no window apart from a tiny square window on the ceiling which was covered by a closed blind for the whole stay! Felt very claustrophobic - also as most women...

The hotel is in a great location outside of town, 5 min walk from hard rock, 10 min from the heinken experience. Great wifi throughout, close to a starbucks, beds were comfy, front office staff friendly. What really tainted this hotel was the management of an incident where an item went missing from our room and the denied knowledge from...

We stayed here for 4 nights. Nice room. Room service was average. Great for nearby transport convenience to parks and airport, walking distance to shopping & museums. Right next door is a supermarket. Good security. Helpful reception. Only downer is: No lift! Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Else, we recommend this place for convenience.

Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and nicely designed. Stairs to the room in the basement are very long and narrow (common in Amsterdam, though). Will definitely come back in my next trip to Amsterdam
