I had a very small room with windows-on-the-top, located on 3rd floor. No elevator, wifi worked just fine, except for a few hours in the morning. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Cannot rate the breakfast, cause I didn't buy it.

This hotel was a big disappointment, although the location was fine the actual building was in need of renovation. Imagine our surprise on arrival to be directed to the garden shed which was our accomadation, I could not describe it as a room as the decor resembled a turn of the century poor house complete with miniature shower room. How...

The hotel is very standard but it perfectly fine I'd you just want somewhere to put your head down. You can use tram 2 and 5 to get into Dam square which doesn't stop from the hotel. There isn't much around that area to see or do however the van gogh place (think I spelt that right) isn't fad away....

The room was #108 it was cramped and tiny at top of stairs on first floor. About 6ft x8ft. No window, very hot and stuffy. The wall was warm to the touch as though there was a boiler or heating of some kind behind it. Very noisy outside door as people walked by and doors slammed. There is a ceiling...

The photos on the hotel site don't show the grubbiness of the hotel. Our rooms were very grubby, marked walls and scratches. Substandard this towel..1 hand towel for 2 persons. The hotel felt more like a hostel. Very steep shallow steps to all floors - no lifts. The corridors again very grubby and scuffed up marks everywere, threadbare carpets with...

-We paid $464 (CAD) for three nights which is very fair in the Amsterdam area. -Room had no windows and resembled a bomb shelter -Hotel may run on septic because water smells like human farts, wasn't very welcoming when you would walk in or open the bathroom door. -Bathroom makes loud grumbling noise when you or other hotel guests run...

This hotel is 'adequate'. Trouble is it charges for 'very good'. And you have to pay in advance. The bed was comfortable. Apart from a convenient location, that's about the best you could say about this hotel. Our rooms we on the third floor, up the steepest stairs we have ever encountered in a hotel, the carpets in the stairwell...

I had changed the booking so we had an early check in but on arrival I was told that we hadn't requested an early check in, even when I showed the email confirmation the hotel staff was still reluctant to believe me. We were then left waiting for our room for a couple of hours. We were giving a room...

After paying not much for a triple room, we didn't expect much but arrived to a clean room overlooking the street with a small balcony. It appears quite far away from the city centre but only takes around 20 min. It's really close to one of the main party squares and vondelpark (about 5 minutes). Friendly staff as well; let...

- The location of this hotel is good, a lot of food places are walking distance but would be easier to get a tram to the centre... - Hotel facilities were fine, you get what you pay for essentially. - Staff were friendly and helpful with all queries, especially when looking for certain sites. - Wifi was pretty good.
