We stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights. The staff at reception were excellent very professional. We ate at the restaurant for lunch again very professional very courteous staff and excellent food Breakfast is a buffet charged at 19 euros but if you pre book this is charged at a discounted price of €15 very much worth the money....

Four nights of pure comfort in this establishment. As a slightly disabled person the room allocated was great. Extra space to get about and park the folded up wheelchair.A sitting area to relax and read their magazines. A king size bed so comfortable to die for. The bathroom/shower with room to manoeuvre and an aid to hold onto. Also lovely...

I booked and paid in advance for a basic room for 6 nights, over $1245, and when I arrived to check in, I asked for a room with a view if possible. I was given a room facing the brick wall of the adjacent building and was told nothing else was available, and I could check tomorrow to see if...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your stay and your review posting. We regret that you seem to have endured some time-consuming and ennoying hick-ups. It looks as much of the causes lies in matters that went "lost in communication". So that are lessons learned for us as a team. Should you be visiting the same congress next year, we would...

Very nice rooms in an amazing location of leidesplein. Room was very pleasant a s well as the staff. Breakfasts were generous . The only shortcomings were a too tiny and not so well equipped gym, and the very late check in time (3:00pm).

My wife and I stayed here eight days on a business trip. I loved the old building with is century old architecture....and the quirky elevators. The main staircase and stained glass windows are from another age....but still seem grand. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view overlooking the nearby canal. The dining room also is a...

The American Hotel is an icon in the area. And it has an excellent location. It's an expensive hotel. Its clientele are generally older wealthy Americans and Euros, who need and expect a heightened level of support from the concierge and staff. Who I observed to be top notch. On the other hand, if one is looking for anonymity, that's...

This is a classic hotel on the canal within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shops. The service is impeccable. While there for a few days, my husband woke up very sick one morning and a call to the front desk brought genuine concern, a call to a local Doctor and a taxi to take us to her office...

This is a great location - about 10 minutes from the city centre by tram in a pleasant part of town. Rooms are clean and good value for money. More importantly their bar offers an outstanding gin and tonic. We did not eat here as we prefer to explore elsewhere. WiFi was quite fast enough for our general use,
