HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Our first stay in The Toren hotel was in November 2014 when I proposed to my wife. The hotel was perfect for the occasion, romantic, beautiful rooms, amazing and friendly service, great location and breakfast. There was no question at all about coming back to the Toren for our second visit in Amsterdam on our anniversary. We booked a simpler...

I booked into their tiniest room since I was traveling solo, but wanted to stay in this area at a higher end property. I stayed twice in two months for a total of 5 nights. The room is very small, I'd say barely enough room for one person with a regular sized suitcase. Couples should book a larger room. I...

The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fairly modern. Did not appreciate the stairs to climb to get to our rooms. The construction was horrible! We had scaffolding out our windows and hammering to wake us up! If we had been told about the construction we would not have stayed. I am sure it would have...

So so impressed with this hotel! Amazing trip start to finish was really topped off with the quality of the hotel. It made such a difference! We arrived on a Thursday to find out that we had booked not only the last room in the hotel but probably also the best! After checking into the room and finding fresh fruit...

During my stay the hotel was under construction which was not mentioned to me when I checked in. The constant sound of drilling and hammering was annoying at best. Adding this to the fact that the room was the smallest I have ever stayed I would recommend looking for another hotel in Amsterdam. The location is lovely but it doesn't...

We loved our stay at The Toren. The staff is lovely, the location is fantastic and our room was beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked wonderful.

Stayed here 2 nights with my husband. We had a superior double room with a jetted tub and canal view. It was a nice size room and very quiet. The tub was very big and dominated the room so it wasn't particularly a feature to me, having said that I enjoyed some bubbly baths. There were some nice touchs -...

Unfortunately for us, our stay coincided with some construction on the property and scaffolding covered the front of the building. They're adding an additional story, which I'm told, will be comprised of two suites. While I applaud the plan and look forward to seeing the completed project, the work and scaffolding were a bit of a nuisance and an eyesore...
