We had two double rooms and stayed for 2 nights between Christmas and New Year. Hotel was lovely - clean and quiet in a good location. Reception staff were fantastic and really helpful, as it was my Birthday they provided us with a goodie bag which was a lovely touch. My only criticism is that breakfast is 20 Euro per...

Located right near the Brittomart and was very convenient. We had a rental car which cost $40 a night to park which was pretty spendy given the room rate was a good value. Room was clean and modern, good toiletries.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this delightful hotel tucked off a small street in central Amsterdam. The room was not large but very comfortable, clean and pleasant. Only issue we had was that the room had sloping ceilings with dormer windows which are a bit of a 'head' hazard for 6'5" man. We did not have breakfast...

Arrived at 9:00 am from a night flight and expected to have to leave the luggage and come back later. Wilma the desk manager had a room ready for us. It was on the main floor and close to the lobby so there was some noise from people talking in the lobby at check in and out time. There was...

Hotel Is 4 or 5 tram stops from central station, and within walking distance of the Heineken factory. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was very helpful, rooms were clean and very quiet as down a side street away from main road. Breakfast was really good and cost 20 euros per person. Plenty of choice and hot...

Having stayed in Amsterdam in previous occasions we knew how hard it was to get quiet quality accommodation. This hotel meets this criteria and their staff with a positive can do approach made the stay faultless. The early check in for a small charge was also appreciated thank you.

This hotel is perfectly sited, convenient but quiet. The attitude of the staff is also perfect, knowledgeable, but individual, is also just right. It is not snooty in any way. The breakfasts are excellent, tho the coffee is somewhat substandard. Our bedroom was good, with an excellent shower, and perfect spotlight bedside reading lights, which enable reading without disturbing spouse....

This is the old "Arthur Frommer" hotel which has been "modernised" and is part of a chain - Mercure. The rooms are of a good standard if a trifle cramped. There is a bar and breakfast room. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast the only criticism was that the coffee was out of a machine and not very good.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Bar food and drinks very expensive though so we ate out and got essentials from the nearby Aldi supermarket. Rooms have a fridge. Rooms modern and reasonable size. Tram stop closeby. Try the pancake restaurant towards the Heineken experience on...

This is a lovely hotel. It has nice up to date spacious rooms where if you say twin.. You get twin! Waterfall shower. Lovely service and in a really good location, close to the Heineken museum and in walking distance of all sights. Thumbs up in all regards!
