'Mixed feelings' are the words that would describe my stay in the best way. Two most important factors for me are location and if the rooms are clean. Both are absolutely positive (close to center, friendly neighbourhood, right at the channel, with a couple of restaurants/bars) Then why the 'mixed feelings'? - because we got rooms in...another hotel (Townshotel) nearby...

This is a City Hotel, located in the heart of historical Amsterdam, where space is at a premium as with all European City hotels. The location is great, that you can walk anywhere and there is a tram stop (No4) just outside the hotel. I have to say that the staff were absolutely wonderful, welcoming and friendly and always smiling...

Seriusly, that's not a hotel! What they call "room" was just a boxroom. i've booked this hotel for 3 night and was not able to sleep one night there, had to leave some hours after checkin. - the "room" is a real bad joke, it was in another building. - the walls are wafer-thin, bed is next to the door,...

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the staff was polite and helpful. My room was a single, top floor, small but comfortable enough. It was cleaned and towels were changed daily. I`m not sure how many rooms shared the shower but it was also clean at all times and there was enough hot water. The description of...

I was lured by the proximity to the city centre by this hotel but it turned out to be a worst choice. First off - they send you to a different building and parking is a good 30 min away. There is no elevator to the very tiny bldg, steep stairs and the tiniest room I have ever stayed in....

I was hesitant as to what to expect initially based on previous negative reviews but for a weekend away this place is great Close enough to walk everywhere, although there is a tram stop outside Some cute bars and cafes close by We stayed room 7 (block 3?) Looking directly over the canal which was lovely. Rooms were clean and...

The room was located in a different building. I had read this was a possibility and hence was not surprised and it was not a problem at all. The staff with whom I did the check-in and check-out were both very helpful and nice. The room was probably the tiniest I've ever been to, which was slightly claustrophobic, but still...

I booked a two night stay in ITC hotel. Up on arrival, the reception staff was very efficient and helpful. I asked for a upgrade and it was done without any problem. The room: the room was very tired and dirty. The smell of cannabis plus the humid from the toilet made it very unwelcoming. The bed was covered in...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend for our first time in Amsterdam. Horrible hotel! Got accused of breaking the safe which resulted in a fine, woken up by loud noise every single morning! Not to mention the stairs up to the rooms... Would return back to Amsterdam but defo not this hotel
