Luxury room in a great location for exploring - made a great base for lots of the main things to do in Amsterdam. Rooms are spacious, stylish and comfortable and excellent value for money in comparison to some of the bigger "chain" hotels in Central...More
After the steep stairs a Lovely modern room with a big comfy bed great shower room great location (10 min walk to anne franks house and dam square) But let down by noisy workers waking you up at 730 sanding the window frames until 6pm!...More
In line with several other reviews - if you don't like stairs, this isn't the place for you. We were on the top floor which involved negotiating the very narrow steps and 3 combined pin coded doors from street level to room. Carrying anything bigger...More

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers.
As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.

We arrived a couple of hours early and the lady who answered the inner door after we entered via the code, let us put our cases straight in the room. However, at the station there are multiple luggage storage lockers for a few Euros if that’s easier.
But I’m sure the staff at your apartment will be more than willing to help out.
