Bus 197 or N97 to Leidseplein from the airport. Hotel was OK - service was very good most of the staff behind the desk were lovely and accommodating. A LOT of stairs no elevator! Luckily they were very wide but still a lot of them, we were on the 4th floor and it was quite some effort climbing up them...

Not sure where the rooms are from the pictures, it was the total opposite! The room was so small for the two of us we thought it was a joke. No where to put your bag so we had to stuff it between the bed and the wall. Had to climb over the bed to get to the window and...

Just back from 4 night stay. I've been to Amsterdam many times before and for a budget hotel this was a great choice in an ideal location. The stairways are wide unlike many hotels in this city, the staff where always friendly/helpful and mattresses very comfortable. Rooms are small as expected, large shower area.. With a shower for two people!...

We have just returned home after a long weekend in Amsterdam. The hotel really convenient for Leidsplein, and a short walk away from the Riksmuseum and the Heineken Experience. There are plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Our room was at the back of the hotel, and although 'compact and bijou' was lovely and quiet.

Do not stay at this "hotel" rude staff disgusting small pokey dirty rooms the list goes on. We booked this with the idea it was a "luxury boutique style hotel"as is made out in their website. The reality is a four storey building with no lift, beyond rude and unhelpful staff who don't even bother to look at you and...

Arriving at the hotel we had to lug suitcases up several steep flights of stairs to a tiny, dingy room. The floor was un-vaccuumed, there was blood on the pillowcase, yellow stained pillows, holes in the sheets, a piece of chewed chewing gum on the middle of the bedside table, pink lipstick on the towels and the stink of hash...

Double room which was tiny & noise all night long coming from a club across the street!! Room was clean but so small. Very close location to Dam Sq, walking distance to Central station & red light district. Staff were very helpful. We were staying for the Amsterdam marathon & got tram information from the staff. Lots of good eating...
