We had a great stay at the Botel Zebra. Rooms are very tiny, but we had our own bathroom with a great shower. Beds are comfy, but again quite small. Breakfast was also pretty good with a variety of breads, cheese, jam, ham, etc. Only 10 min walk from central station. It is a great option if you are travelling... More

Visited for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by location, near everything. Rooms are small but that's a given being a barge, and the owners were friendly, included breakfast is ideal. Only downside being the wifi not working in rooms but no real issue - you are on holiday after all I'm sure facebook can wait until you are in... More

Stayed here for 2 nights early June and I probably had the best sleep I've had in about 3 years. Rooms was basic but it's around £37 per night with tax and you get breakfast and you have your own toilet and shower!!! Toilet smells a bit but I suppose that something to do with the toilet being on a... More

Yes, this is a budget stay but the issues I had would have been so, regardless of this. The staff are really kind and welcoming and the breakfast is fantastic. Location fine. But unfortunately (as I was travelling for work/study) the wifi (including my own) didn't work in my room and it was forbidden to use the communal ares (where... More

The two of us stayed 2 nights in a narrow but perfectly fit room. The room had a sink for brushing teeth and washing face, a separate room with a toilet and a shower, Wifi and a bunk bed. The breakfast was absolutely fine with different kinds of bread and rolls, different kinds of cheese, cold cuts cucumber, tomato, jam,... More

First time in a botel where I really recommend it. The owner is very nice and helpful, good breakfast , cleaned and also wifi . Which is really good for what you pay in central Amsterdam. Walking distance to central station.

I have stated in this Bostel because never heard about the concept before of staying in a boat. Oosterdok is a quite place and many other similar Bostels around. rooms were very small but breakfast and shower were very good. We rented a bike 300mts from the Bostel and we could move everywhere even though we were not staying very... More

I have to say that I booked to stay in this botel because one month in advance my trip to Amsterdam it was one of the few places that wasn't sold out yet. And now I understand why. I am used to travel a lot, so I am not the picky costumer. But since we paid more than 40€ per... More

PROS: - Great location. Under 10 minutes away from Central Station, with lovely views when you're sitting on the deck. - Breakfast was simple and filling. - Staff were friendly. - Quiet place to be. CONS: - Dreadful ventilation. My partner and I stayed here in mid September when it was quite mild, but because you only have a tiny... More
