The location of this hotel is excelent, it is very easy to get everywhere from here. I liked everything about this hotel even steep stairs. To get to the 4 th floor was a little challenge but actually quite fun. Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly.

Being a fan of rock and roll, when I found this hotel online I had a feeling it would be good, and it turned out to be great. I stayed for 2 nights here solo and had such a good experience. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful, best staff I have experienced in a hotel. The decor is...

Stayed here as part of my Hen / Bachelorette Weekend. I would say its more of a hostel rather than a hotel, as some of my friends had to use a ''shared bathroom''. However, the location of this place is great! Also, if you're into music and concerts, the the theme of this place is great. Beds are made up...

Booked room with 5 beds for girls weekend and had an absolutely fabulous stay. Hotel is music themed and although a very old building, facilities were of good standard and room comfortably fitted 5 beds. Stairs are incredibly steep and would not of wanted to be on the 4th floor, 2nd floor was enough but it just added to the...

Great location, great staff but hugely overpriced. It's more of a hostel than a hotel. The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything and a 5min walk to the square. The hotel has steep stairs so carrying luggage up and down is a bit of a downer. Also the rooms are very noisy, you can hear people coming and...

Firstly, I paid €730 for a 4 night stay and from the pictures and reviews I was expecting great things! When I arrived the hotel looked great, but when we were shown our room it all went downhill from there. We were shown to our room which was in the basement - our room had one window which was no...

Awesome hotel, super clean and excellent condition overall. Stairs are steep but it's actually very cool and exciting. Staff was very friendly and 24/7. Location is also very good, lots of places nearby and a short walk from everything. .

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, 5 mins from the night clubs. The room was so clean and the beds were really comfy. Loved the little details of all the music themed decorations and even had flowered in our room. Hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Simon and Damiet. Will definitely come back next time in Amsterdam.

3 of us stayed for 3 nights in a room with a private bathroom and we had no issues. Hairdryers and plug adapters were available on request from the bar. Rooms were spacious and bright. Staff were very friendly. Hotel less then five minute walk from a main area of restaurants, bars and shops. Bus to airport only 5 minute...

Nice place, check in open 24/7 and kind staff, but beware stairs! Two of us arrived late at night and were given the wrong room (shared bathroom). When noticed, the staff solved the problem immediately and offered free breakfast for us for the rest of our permanence. Breakfast is fine but not included in the price of the room (we...

Staying in Jordaan

Neighbourhood Profile
One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers. As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.
