This is definitely not a four star hotel as was advertised! There was no door between the room and bathroom. The staff was not at all helpful and refused to store our luggage on our day of departure. We could leave it under the stairs. At least the room was clean.

Nice decor, polite/efficient staff and wi-fi perfect. Unfortunately let down by the cleanliness of the room - marks on the sheet (looking suspiciously like blood), big scrapes on the floor where the bed had previously been moved, dust everywhere, including big thick balls of it on door hinges, ceiling panels etc.

I've been to this hotel a couple of times and always got really nice rooms. I like the interior design, very clean rooms and the staff seems to be in a true 24/7 friendly mood! There are some minor downsides sometimes - in some rooms facing the pedestrian zone it can get very noisy in the early morning especially when...

Beds are so soft you fall into it. There is not much space in the room either. The checkin staff are very friendly. Breakfast is next door in a cafe. This is basically ham and cheese and some bread. Nothing special

This hotel is in a great location, right in the city and very convenient for shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a standard room, with a very comfy bed (huge) and my son loved the fact he had a bunk bed! The room was very clean, decor/colour not very appealing but that was the only negative! (you cant please everyone!!;) The...

The best asset of this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of Eindhoven. (When you are by car, make sure to park at the "Hooghuys" parking. We were looking for the hotel, but is is a pedestrian street and we passed the parking before realizing this, so had to make a big detour to get back to the...

I travelled to Eindhoven with 3 friends on a budget (we were in Eindhoven to watch football before moving on to Amsterdam). Check in was very easy and the guy on the reception was very helpful. He called us a taxi when we needed to get to the FC Eindhoven (Not PSV) stadium approximately 2 miles outside of the city....

The room was large and clean. Bathroom was fine. The service is friendly but simple. Breakfast is, for example, in the cafe next door. Check-in after 22:00 is difficult as the reception closes at that time. The location, less than 10 minutes from Eindhoven station, is good as the hotel is located on a quiet shopping street close to restaurants.

This hotel is situated on a pedestrianised shopping street right in the centre of Eindhoven; a great location for shopping, bars, restaurants etc. and only a short walk from the train and bus stations. Being on a shopping street meant that it was very quiet at night. Our room was really big with a huge bed, plus a decent sized...
