My partner and I stayed in the larger apartment attached to the house for 3 nights. Despite being February and cold we were warm and cosy with the excellent electric fire in the living room. The house is quite easy to find in the older part of the village once you find the right road - it sits directly opposite...

Ton and his wife were extremely accommodating and generous with their time. We arrived late at night after driving from France and they waited up for us, offering a much-welcome glass of wine upon arrival. They speak a decent amount of English and struck a good balance between getting to know us and giving us our privacy. The rooms are...

Professionally run B&B with 2 bedrooms. Stayed in the garden apartment which was separate to the main house, so guaranteed privacy. Luxuriously decorated, cosy yet spacious bedroom, with living area, WiFi, candles, bottle opener, fridge etc. Great location, as close to the city (10 mins), yet just slightly outside in a small, quiet village. Ton the owner will get a...

“If you want complete privacy, then choose the garden room, as it's in a separate building and only in the region of €85 per room per night. For even more luxury and space, try the room attached to the main house - it's only about €20 more expensive, but you get your own private living room separate to the bedroom & the bathroom is wonderful.”
