the room was great ,the food was good and nice variety and the front desk staff especially Sabine was really helpful and provided great suggestions for the places we should visit. The hotel is in the heart of the city and heating facilities also available.

A neat, tidy, compact, no frills hotel in a central location. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room was compact. Slightly quirky room lay-out. Reasonable price for Zurich, expensive by comparison to some other places. My room on the 4th floor had a nice outlook over the town.

It's located in the historic downtown and walking distance to everywhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Price includes the breakfast, but their breakfast is not rich enough. It's a very very clean hotel. I recommend it to others.

The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the main train station. It is also positioned very well relative to city's main attractions. It is affordable when compared to other hotels in Zurich, but the breakfast is very very modest. Rooms are clean and bathrooms also.

Location is superb close to the city center. Everything at walking distance but parking in the same building at 35 euro per night. Rooms not too big but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Price on the high side.

Rooms very small, strange plastic floor covering, and "tired" towels. Receptionist Sabine was lovely and most helpful. Breakfast was OK. Locatin was great for walking to see the city and very close to main train station. Biggest disappointment was the smell of smoke that came through the ventilation system into the bathroom. The bathroom and towels smelled of smoke within...

It's clean and serviceable, the room was a bit small, great shower - hot gushing water, towels weren't too scratchy. Breakfast was basic, horrible coffee - never had worse.Good location, close to shops, restaurants and train station. If you're after a no-frills hotel this is for you
