Was booked into the hotel from the University of Zurich. Good location, still comparatively central. While on the lower floor you obviously have larger room with a kind of community shower or shared bathrooms, the top floor has en-suite rooms. A had a very large single room, nice, newly appointed and very clean bath, a huge desk, nice comfy easy...

This was booked for us by our hosts at the University of Zurich. We wouldn't have looked at it ourselves as it was only registered as 2 star. However, it was as good as any 3 star (and some 4 star) hotel I have stayed at. The room was clean and fresh with a lovely balcony. It was a little...

Hotel is ideally located within easy walking distance of the city centre. Trams also run from the road outside the hotel to the city. Hotel itself is smallish but rooms are very clean and bright. Breakfast is basic but well priced and plentiful. There is also a communal kitchen on each floor with a microwave, cooker and pots and dishes...

Nice and clean hotel and good prices too. Rooms have wooden floors, which is more hygienic in my opinion. I had the impression that it had common bathrooms previously. There are signs indicating showers near the stairs.

Stayed here as part of a large group for approximately 12 days. Stayed in a 3 share room, and it was sufficiently spacious for us not to run into each other. It was weird that the housekeeping staff didn't clean our cups every day though. Breakfast was nice (with my favourite being the self service egg station)! Hotel is located...

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood however it is not impossible to walk into the centre of the city plus there are trams running nearby. Receptionist was absolutely excellent and checked me in early with no hassle at all. Upgraded my room to a large room right at the top with windows on both sides. Room 444 is HUGE...

We made a fairly last-minute booking for a night in Zurich and ended up here, so I didn't have the highest expectations at the outset. I'm happy to report they were exceeded in every way. We arrived by car and were able to find the hotel and close street parking quite easily; hotel staff at Reception were friendly and welcoming;...

Quite good hotel installations, staff and neighborhood. Quiet and very clean room, with enough space for 2 or 3 people, at a very honest price! Breakfast is very complete too, with different cheese and bread options as the main highlight. While it's located in a very reserved area, it's walking minutes far from the central areas of Zürich. One thing...

We were looking forward to have a good time in this hote. I have to say, that I was very dissapointed with the room. It was so full of that "room smell parfume", that I could not get rid of it at all. The road was just under the window, so it was noisy and I could not sleep well....

Dear guest, we are sorry that you were disturbed by the room parfum and the street noise. All our windows are soundproofed and no window noise is heard when the window is closed. PRICE: their statement to the price is not correct. You have exactly recieved the price that was published at booking.com. The lower price you mentioned is exclusive...

It gets even better! On my last trip I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms on the top floor. Everything else was super as before, but I now enjoyed the comfort of a room that would have exceeded the standard in top hotels that charge twice the price of this one. I was tempted not to write this...
