Well went through many letters and ombudsman seems that management are as bad with replies as face to face. Hotel ideal location but staff really bad. Not helpful and rude

The location is great but room looks tired.Needs bit of renovation.The Hotel is located in the heart of the city 2 minutes walk from the central train station.Reception is great and very helpful.Overall it's a good hotel
