Well-located hotel, a little out of the centre but with a tram stop literally metres from the door. Efficient and friendly reception staff, room on the small side but well-designed with kettle, coffee-maker etc. Clean, modern bathroom with walk in shower. Limited parking available directly in front of the hotel for 30 Swiss Francs per 24 hour period. Good wifi...

First this review is not about the room or the hotel. Just about the manager and the stuff. It was a sunday we were staying in the next door hotel and we wanted a room for the other day for just to keep the luggage and to take a shower to go to the airport. As there were no availability...

Werner John S, General Manager at Mercure Stoller Zurich, responded to this review

Dear Mrs. Tissera, Please allow me to explain the situation the correct way. You booked a double room (for maximum 2 people) and arrived with your whole family of 6 people. I explained to you, in a polite way, that we are not allowed to put 6 people in a double room due to laws in Switzerland. I recommended you...

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days. The room, although not large, had everything I needed. A comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All very clean. Free soft drinks and an Espresso machine were appreciated. Convenient location with tram and bus stops almost at your doorstep. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay here again...

We were looking for a budget hotel, and this was on target. As we did our research, we knew it wasnt the most central of hotels, but it was a a sensible Compromise. I was actually really pleasantly surprised - the hotel is about 5 -10 mins on the tram from Bahnhofstrass. Loads of shops/supermarkets/restaurants within a few mins from...

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly. Nothing special though - the building is rather old and there was some construction work going on. The check-out time is 11 a.m. which up to my standards is way too early. Also, they did not have any discount for late arrivals (we booked the room...

Stayed for two nights while on business. Reasonably priced compared to other similar hotels in Zurich. Rooms decent sized and clean. I was on the inside of the hotel, and my room was quiet. A colleague who had a room on the side of the hotel facing the road complained of the traffic noise. It's about a 30 minute walk...

Perfect location in the town of zurich, close to the football stadium. The employee were really friendly, we were in a rush and they parked the car for us. They have a TV in the toilet this a remarkable. Take your time for breakfast on the terrace of the hotel with prosecco.

If you are travelling by car and are ok with living a bit further of the centre of the town this is a brilliant variant. Very nice personnel and personal parking for 30 CHF a night. Good rooms and wi-fi available inside each.

Very friendly staff. Excellent and quick check-in. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Just a moderate and not too fancy hotel, but also not too expensive. Not too far from city center. You can use cheap Uber taxi's. Excellent way of travelling. Hotel is suitable for a few days.
