Detailed Reviews
The hotel is in a good location close to the station which worked well. Restaurants good, restaurant staff very good. Room upgrade was a bit of a poison chalice as the rooms odour was not good could not really resolve it with staff. Slept with window open which helped. Had two rooms other room was fine. Gym and Sauna good.

I stayed there often while working in Lausanne and we returned for a family visit.
The hotel is fantastically well located and offers a nice architecture and comfortable, quiet, spacious, well-lighted rooms with a great view towards the inner garden. Years ago it was perfect but it seems to have suffered from age and/or the pandemic-caused staff shortage.
We recently booked a couple of rooms and one room was clean but not perfect (black air next to the sink and on the bathroom floor), the socket for the showerhead was broken, in the other room the hairdryer was not working.
Nothing dramatic but such details must be checked and fixed right away by the maintenance staff. Disappointing compared to what this hotel was years ago.
The reputable Thaï restaurant was also closed, which is a pity in the vacation season.

Pleasant and helpful staffs. Nice atmosphere and close to Gare. Rooms are comfortable, tho the bed and pillows are a bit tired and too soft… else had a nice stay and would recommend for those staying for a short stay. Unfortunately the Thai restaurant was closed

This is a very nice and modern hotel in a great central location in Lausanne. Our room was spacious and had unique features and amenities. There’s a small fridge in the room, but it doesn’t get very cold, so it’s kind of pointless. I wouldn’t store perishable food there. I had to get ice from the bar to enjoy my beverage cold, but it was never a problem, just an inconvenience for me.
There’s shampoo and body soap provided but no conditioner, so if you need that as well, make sure to bring it with you.
The breakfast is delicious and includes lots of different options, ranging from bacon & eggs to cereal, fruit, & yogurt.
You get free tickets for public transport for the duration of your stay, which was a nice perk. The metro is quick and efficient, and will save you from walking up & down the steep hilly terrain of the city.
I was disappointed to see that the hotel still uses single-use toiletries instead of refillable dispensers, and when housekeeping cleaned our room, they threw away the bar of soap (barely used) and we had to open another one, that will also be thrown away. It’s wasteful and unexpected for such a nice hotel, and in switzerland too, where they seem to be very progressive with environmental issues.
Overall i would probably stay here again. We were comfortable in our room and were excited to return to it after long days of sightseeing.

A very nice hotel which is having work carried out so some rooms are unavailable while this carries on but the hotel is very honest about this and also there are notices that noise etc would be kept to a minimum which in fairness do work.
There are two restaurants in the building, one Asian cuisine and one Italian which I used when I stayed and the food was quite reasonable in price for Switzerland and also of good quality. Breakfast is served in the same areas and was quite extensive and a great start to the day.
The hotel is close to Lausanne SBB railway station which has plenty of trains towards Geneva so easily accessible. From the station it is a short and very sharp hill that you need to get up but one bonus is that after breakfast it is a swift downhill back to the station!
Very clean and comfortable and definitely no complaints from me!

It is a great location; probably the best location in Lausanne; however the service is horrible. Though breakfast is suppose to end at 10:30, the staff are already restricting items available at 10:00 and interrupting at 10:20 asking you to leave so they can clean up. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but have not had this kind of unwelcoming experience. Not to mention that if you show up at 10:00 or 10:15, you really are treated as a bother. Not good hospitality at all, sorry to say.

In the middle of the Covid crisis, we had the chance to benefit from a tremendous experience at the restaurant "Le Jardin Thaï". Thanks to discounted fares on rooms, we could really enjoyed to escape for one night. The Tom Yam soup, as well as their Pad Thai specialty were absolutely delightful and we can only recommend it.
Again, thanks to the whole team for their kindness and respect of sanitary rules!

Christof haed team at the reception was very helpful. Gave us good advises and made our stay enjoyable.
The room was big and we had an early check-in.
We also got help in carrying our luggage to the train station.
Not enough healthy food ingredients like more vegetables or fish in the breakfast were missing.
The location is excellent but we should have been warned that the way to the hotel is very stiff.
The price is high just as Hilton Geneva

Staying during this strange time of COVID, we enjoyed the experience thoroughly. A clean hotel with all the facilities you need.
The gym is small but suffice to get a training session in. The location of the Hotel is excellent with ease to everything. A nice roof top bar very close by also.
The restaurant and the staff we really enjoyed. Nice Thai food menu and great ambiance. It would be nice to enjoy out with COVID with the bar in full swing also. Breakfast was good - help yourself service.
A great experience with nothing negative to say and would definitely return. Parking locally for the night is 28chf

Wonderful hotel. We booked close to last minute and I anticipated the classic small European hotel room. Instead, the room was very large and very comfortable! Great shower and huge bathroom, then plenty of space and windows. A/C worked great too. Breakfast was nice in the morning. If we ever need to be in the area again we will definitely look forward to coming back as we were very impressed with this location and this brand.

Hello
The Sauna is a small "family size" sauna. You can use it as you want and with respect of the other clients. You can wear or not a swimming suite.
Take care
