My wife and I stayed here two nights. The service at the front desk was generally unfriendly. I asked for an additional Wifi connection at one stage,no problem getting that, but didn't get any acknowledgement from the guy behind the desk. Not even a "grunt" ! Nothing ! The room was very dated and needed renovating. Very old worn carpet....

Great location. Rooms were fresh and new, bathrooms were clean and beds were great. Easy to walk around town and visit the lake. Parking is available. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

we stayed here during the summer -- it was hot and humid in Lugano, and the room that we stayed in this hotel did not have air conditioning. During the daytime, the window shutters need to be closed to keep the sun out, and it was still hot in the room. Since the negatives have been thoroughly commented by others...

I spent two nights and the service was awful! People from the front desk were completely rude! Plus, there is no wi fi connection during the evening or night, the internet just works during the morning! Unbelievable!!! Very poor breakfast!
